    ARRIVED AFTER OVERNIGHT FLIGHT FROM USA IN TRANSIT TO YORKSHIRE REMAINS OF BREAKFAST NOT V GOOD GLASSES FOR JUICE/WATER VERY SMALL.toast not toasted. IN CONTRAST BUFFET DINNER WAS ok but cake still partly frozen1

    Rooms are clean and with good facilities. I particularly like the desk area.

    Wish the baths were a bit bigger. And at Heathrow I think the car parking costs are excessive. Parking should be free for those who are checking in at the airport, for example. Breakfast area is noisy--music too loud, competing with TV. Breakfasts should be quiet. Croissants are not hot. Not good for a continental-branded hotel. Area outside kitchen in front of hotel is very dirty and disgusting. Cups lying around with kitchen waste, staff sitting around smoking, door open to kitchen area, visible to all, including those on main road.

    "I regret for having chosen Ibis hotel, because I felt difficulties in taking bath, washing my face due to the bad facilities. I also could not do my hair. " (107659017)

    The service done by the hotel staff was greatly improved.

    The hole of the water basin was totally clogged. I had much difficulty in using all facilities in the bath room, because the stopper of the bathtub was also broken. Another thing that I'd like to complain is my room has no hair dryer. I sincerely hope all these problems will be sorted out ASAP.

    Friendly staff, location close to Heathrow, overall price of room and parking very good

    Television picture was very poor - not tuned correctly. Room was basic but functional and in line with expectations

    Staff very helpful in most areas but failed to provide what was booked online.

    Hotel unable to provide the room that was booked - we were very, very upset to find our twin room was a double, I was staying with a same sex relative on business. Hotel couldn't help us find a suitable alternative - we felt ignored and unwelcome.

    rude staff, no options for small meals at restuarant, no information given at check in about availability of luggage storage or hair dryers. No internet in rooms.

    It will take an extremely long time to check in and out. The telephone will ring incessantly whilst you are standing in the queue and no hotel staff apear to ever answer the telephone, so irritation factor is high. Staff show they care very little about the guests - the machine for parking tickets was not working properly - I could not get my change or a receipt. Hotel staff shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing they could do. There are so many hotels around HEathrow, no need to stay there at all!

    IBIS HOTEL ARE GENERALLY GOOD AND AFFORDABLE

    THE STAFF (A MALE)WAS GOING TO SAY THE CONFIRMED BOOKING WAS A MISTAKE BUT I QUICKLY STOPPED HIM WITH MY RESPONSE WHEN HE ASKED ME A STUPID QUESTION ON WHEN I DID THE BOOKING; I TOLD HIM TO CHECK THE RESERVATION PRINTOUT IN HIS HAND.

    bathroom great. good hot water. tv and tea kettle worked fine.

    bus to hotel and ticketing for bus from machine at terminal 3 WERE terrible. I know that's not fault of Ibis, but airport needs huge improvement.

    "Considering the convienice of being so close to Heathrow airport with an early morning flight to catch my stay was OK." (107721359)

    Breakfast very good value

    Paying to park the car especially as I had to take my daughter to the airport very early in the morning was an expense I had not bargained for. The service in the bar during the evening was a bit slow as there seemed to be only one member of staff dealing with both the food and the drink.

    shuttle stops out of the hotel hardly to see it when you are inside the hotel.

    Bed size is very good, LCD TV is also well located.

    Bath towels were very small,No shower jell, no hair-dryer. Generally bathroom size is very small. In these days most holes have double basin's vanity unit with big mirror and hair dryer.

    There was none, not even with Active when I called them to say that I had requested an early check-in and presumed I was getting one as I never heard otherwise from Active or the Ibis Hotel. So I was very surprised when I arrived early and was told I could have an early ckeck-in that would cost an extra 30 Pounds,so they had a room and but there was a charge which I was not told about and when I called Active they blammed the hotel and the hotel blammed Active, talk about passing the buck.

    Cleanliness there was none. I found a Dirty Tampon lying on the end table a member of housestaff removed it with her bare hands and never came back to wash or disinfect.

    The food - the bar - check in staff were really good though slow as the system had gone down earlier. Bed comfortable.

    no room service. I usually stay at the Sheraton and they have always had room service. No stella at the bar (begian not Egyptian kind)

    good breakfast, with pleasant staff in attendance.

    1.The room price didn't match price quoted on the website; charged 70GBP, quoted 52GBP - complained to get refund of difference. 2. no hair dryer in room, borrowed one from reception and it set off the fire alarm. 3. The ironing room, on floor 1, is poorly sign posted. 4. a rowdy party was dominating the reception on arrival; gave me a poor impression of the hotel.

    My flight was delayed and I had to modify my booking by 24 hours due to disruption at Heathrow. The booking change was handled very well both by the internet booking agent and the Ibis Hotel reception staff - many thanks !! Really made it easy for me to manage my booking. Hotel service was good at reception and in the bar / restaurant

    We had buffet dinner and breakfast, both of which was very good

    the room smelled, very small, the air-conditioner did'nt work either on 30 or 5 degrees was only very noisy so turned it off. No shampoo or conditioner. The twin beds were to close together and very very hard. Wasnt able to open windows for fresh air, so very very stuffy.

    not at all the way it looked on the internet. very small pokey room with a tiny window. overall condition of the room and bathroom was not good - changed for another room, as the first room had no shower curtain, and the bathroom smelt awful. even then, the second room was not that much better, and the walls were very thin, so noise from other rooms was a major problem.
