    Great location for the motorway, but not noisy. Well staffed bar/restaurant. Handy having a shop next door. Fairly priced food and drink.

    The WIFI provided by Surf2go was hopeless. So slow that I fell asleep waiting for my email inbox to load!! A waste of money.

    Unfortunately I'm a smoker so would have appreciated a smoking room!

    Food was good,excellant service,staff very pleasant,

    Ground floor bedroom very noisy,walls and ceiling very thin,could hear man in upstairs room snoring,and heard every footstep.We did'nt get much sleep,with the creaking of the floorboards.

    Staff were friendly. Hotel convenient as a base for getting around the area.

    Shower cubicle was very small. There were no shelves or hooks in the bathroom, or hooks in the bedroom to hang damp coats. The adjoining restaurant provided a varied standard of food, even when we chose the same dish, but on different nights.

    "Often booking a hotel on the internet is a leap of faith and this hotel was worth the leap. The adjoining restaurant serve delicious food and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. A beautiful place to stay." (97538495)

    The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The room and common areas were spotless, bright and welcoming.

    There was nothing to dislike.

    Not enough sound proofing in rooms, could easily hear next door, poor shower in our room, too few pillows.

    Proximity to M1

    Shower did not work. Bathroom fittings were dated. No hairdryer. Inadequate soundproofing meant it was impossible to use mobile phone whilst anyone else was in corridor just talking at normal volume.

    It was located in a very quiet area.Staff very friendly and accomodating.I found the key box at the front reception very handy for a smooth check-out as i was not staying for breakfast.

    No telephone in the room,a slightly bigger TV screen would be ideal.
