    Friendly and efficiant. No pressure. Sower clean and easy to manage (good hot water)

    Wash hand basin plug very stiff with no hot water even after running tap for 5 Mins in the evening.

    Very home like feeling. Heating was perfect.

    My room was not attended to 1 day. Internet access too expensive.

    The area is up market. The Hotel though small was comfortable. Good Food. Clean.

    For the price bracket in which I was looking, Heath Lodge was good value. Very handy location for visiting NEC. Staff were exceptionally polite and attentive. Room very clean.

    As a single traveller I booked a single room. Whilst very clean, it was, to use estate agent speak extremely ‘compact’. Also, as they had recently refurbished the room, they hadn’t hung the curtains back up. The room wasn’t overlooked so not really a problem but I was offered a bed sheet instead to hang up for some privacy.

    The hotel was very convenient for the airport. Brilliant parking The propriator was very friendly and helpful.Excellent value for money. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

    We would have liked breakfast but we were there at the wrong time of the year. However this was reflected in the price.

    clean,good parking,food ok,service good.overall afrindly run hotel,also near to the nec.

    room was quite small but well decorated.a bit expensive for that type of accomodation.breakfast times are only from 7.30-9.00.could extent times.

    Staff were very helpful and eager to please. The proximity to the NEC is a great advantage.

    Limited Vegen breakfast options, however, I'm sure if I had asked, the kitchen would have come up with something.

    "We had a good stay albeit for one night only. The welcoming was warm and a nice touch was mince pies on our arrival. (we were there just before Chirstmas) The full English breakfast was excellant, hot and plenty of it. The sitting areas which included a lounge and a bar were cosy with a fire in the flounge - lovely as it was freezing weather.. Overall a good stay. We were visiting the NEC which was only a short taxi ride away." (3304756461)

    The welcome was lovely. The room had everything you could need and the overall general ambience was excelent too.

    It can not be helped but the smell of smoking in the bedroom (no 10 ) was overpowering. I am an ex smoker so it is not really a complaint but an observation!
