    "Most pleased with our stay and the location. Buses near the front door took you downtown quickly and with regular service. A short walk to the London Eye and the surprises that were there. A good location and a good stay." (108270751)

    Found the buffet excellent and the wait staff very accomodating and friendly. Most pleased with the rooms.

    Cannot say there were any bad points, although the check out time was slow due to difficulties with other guest bills and a short time lack of staff. No serious concerns.

    fairly convenient, good size bedroom, comfortable bed

    Disabled bathroom. No toilet seat lid, repaired bath, shower over bath not for standing under as too low. Breakfast very ordinary, fruit juice not even chilled

    "..it is a lovely modern hotel in a great location with the Lamberth North tube station about a five minute walk away annd Waterloo station about 10 minute walk away....very convenient access for all attractions." (108343589)

    the hotel was extremely clean. The food was good.

    ..there was some rowdy guests staying on the same floor as us shouting until 5.30 in the morning..it would have been nice if this was dealt with.

    Cleanliness. Modernity of decor. Newness of decor and furnishings. Crispness of bed linen. Quiet at night. Attractiveness of en-suite bathroom facilities. Location.

    Staff very professional and efficient and exceptionally well presented, but lacking warmth. Shower cubicle worked perfectly, but shower attachment in bath did not. Floor covering in separate W.C. was in poor state of repair, with one strip or tile missing.

    The hotel was clean. Excellent location. Staff seemed new and tried their best.

    Toilet did not flush properly, only one towel was put in the room daily and when asked for another towel since 2 people in room it took several hours and then had to ask again.Food was limited and very expensive in the restaurant but did taste good.

    Service excellent and very polite. If reserved for bed and breakfast, there was no charge for continental breakfast in the room and only a small charge for continental plus full English breakfast in the room.

    the young man on reception was very helpful and very welcoming. I hope you can pass this comment onto the hotel because it is staff like this who can make a stay at such a hotel all the more enjoyable

    No soya milk. Where ever I go no matter what kind of hotel I always have to bring my own soya milk otherwise I wouldn't get a descent cup of tea!!! Nobody seems to cater for these fringe requirements so now I have given up asking

    Had to queue to check in - only one member of staff on duty at Reception at a peak check in time of 1800. Also, bar staff weren't the friendliest...no smiles, just appeared to wish they were somewhere else (despite the fact that we spending a lot of money) - but they served us OK I suppose. Coffee at breakfast was awful. Choice and quality of food was good though.

    This hotel was booked by me for my inlaws who are both over 75. They said everything was first class and enjoyed their stay.

    Everyting but price on the food, Very easy to get into center of London and a very quiet hotel. Will book there again next time.

    Price of breakfast, but just crossed over the Thames and there were a VERY good place to get food. (600m)

    The view from the window and London landmarks,such as the London Eye,Big Ben,and the Houses of Parliment.

    Most convienient accomodation in central London.N

    They say they have 24hr room service but they don't.We reached Hotel past 22.30hrs ,wanted to order something to eat.Rang room service ,advised to ring Reception, when rang Reception told to ring Room service. Finally I had to go downstairs in their Restaraunt , order and wait and then bring the food upstairs my self to eat with my wife.Totally disappointing service.

    "A sparkling reception area, with multiple check-in staff, demonstrating excellent care skills. Room and restaurant food were first-class, although more choice of dishes without bread or potato as a central ingredient would have been nice.     Excellent room,particularly the bathroom. Very good location. Quiet, but near everything.Helpful and courteous staff.

    Due to re-furbishment of restaurant, breakfast was in bar. Limited hot choice at breakfast (as ever!) for vegetarians.

    "We only needed a convenient place to stop-over in transit for Waterloo International and it was very satisfactory for that purpose and I am sure it would be satisfactory for a longer stay. The staff were very helpful which did not surprise me as I have stayed in Novotel Hotels in France" (99196331)

    The bar looked a bit tired and the reception area was smokey but this should not be a problem come July 1st!!!
