    "This was our third visit to this hotel and have always had good service with a great breakfast" (108487967)

    Staff very helpful and friendly, room very clean and warm . Once there forget the car bus stop 3 minutes from Hotel number 13 bus takes you into the westend in about 20 minutes dependig on time of day you travel.

    The parking was key to my choice. Your staff are absolutely brilliant - very customer-focused and they look as if they're enjoying themselves! So, if they're having a good time that rubs off on me! It was so important that this aspect of my stay in London was right so I could concentrate on everything else. Couldn't fault anything (not that I was looking to do that!). I'll be back!! Thank you!!!

    "Room met all our requirements , clean and and in good condition. Bar had pleasant atmosphere and not too pricey. Good choice of breakfast foods , hot food nicely cooked and seemed quite fresh. Enjoyed our stay." (108833128)

    Good choice of breakfast and quite location for London.

    The mattress was very uncomfortable and leaning to one side, pillows very lumpy

    Every member of staff was kind , pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfy The 24hour bar was nice to return to and relax over a drink before bed. Yhe breakfast was the best i have ever had i think

    "Stay at hotel spoilt by stale smoke smell in room. Disturbed and uncomfortable night because of this." (108541562)

    Despite requesting a non-smoking room, when we arrived in our room it smelt strongly of smoke. We contacted the reception and asked to have it changed but were told this was not possible as the hotel was full. They offered us a complimentary drink and some fresh air spray but said there was nothing else they could do. As an asthmatic I found the strong smell of smoke quite uncomfortable. We felt if a non-smoking room was not available the hotel should advise people before their arrival as by then it is too late to make alternative arrangements.

    Very polite staff, good order in the hotel, comfortable beds. Safe location, close to underground, not far from the centre. Good value for money.

    It was good to find a London hotel with off-road parking although it did involve a car shuffle or two! It was close to the venue we were attending and easy to find (even without a sat-nav)A small & friendly hotel near plenty of restaurants and within easy reach of bus stops & tube.

    Cleanleness in bed room lacking,uncomfortable bed,old decor needs redecorating, noise, no room services,amaturish breakfast, staff unprofessional service not important here, charged me 60 pounds sterling for calling Ireland for 30mins and no itimised bill.

    Obviously in the middle of refurbishing the windows. We had a room that had no double glazing, therefore the noise was a little disturbing

    Chambre sur avenue très bruyante, une seule chaise pour 2 personnes et aucun fauteuil, pas de twin-beds malgré la demande, communications téléphoniques compliquées, pas de ligne extérieure, pas d'accueil téléphonique de l'extérieur...

    The check in man was excellent as was the lady on duty the next day. they dealt with our requests, quickly and professionally and made our stay stress free. Hotel rooms were fantastic and clean and tv was excellent.

    Shower water spilt over onto floor, just made a bit of a mess for the cleaners next day. Just need to hang a shower curtain.

    Cleanliness; everything was in working order; staff was efficient and friendly.

    Room was tiny, but adequate. No wash cloths (face cloths?) were provided; US travellers are accustomed not only to these but also to hand towels.

    the hotel was warm clean and freindly and close to tube where you could get to anywhere very quickly also plenty of eating places in the area staff were very helpful and polite breakfast was brill we booked a room for3 and got 3 decent beds 2 normal 1 was camp bed but full size and comfy

    "Well located allowed for walking to place of work and car could be left on hotel car park although spaces at a premium. Enjoyed time there and would stay again if working within close proximity." (107699383)

    Very comfortable well equipped room ,plasma tv and plenty of powerpoints.Clean well eqipped en-suite. Excellent Breakfast Service and well mannered staff.

    slight draft from one window in room, some guests could be noisy on return to room early hours. would be advantageous to have evening restaurant and free internet access.

    The staff were very uncooperative and unhelpful to the point of rudeness. As a result of their behaviour I was late to the appointment that was the very point of this booking in the first place. We will never use this hotel or campany again!

    MY BED WASN'T MADE UP! I TOOK OFF THE MAIN BEDSPREAD AND THE SHEET WAS FOLDED UP UNDERNEATH .SO AT 10.30PM I HAD TO MAKE MY BED!ALSO MY WASTE BIN HAD AN OLD BANANA SKIN AND SANDWICHES IN .

    I have stayed at this hotel many times but not for several months. The standards of the rooms and general cleanliness have been much improved and it was a much more pleasurable experience.

    The bathrooms are too small for comfort.

    The only complaint I have is that the bed was very uncomfortable.
