    UNCONFROTABLE BED AND SOFA BED, THAT YOU COULD FEEL THE SPRINGS INTO YOUR BODY. ADVISE TO CHANGE THEM. APARTMENT WIINDOWS ARE OLD SINGLE WINDOW, LEAKING COLD AIR INTO APARTMENT. LOTS OF NOISE FROM THE ROAD, AND WORK CONSTRUCTION INFRONT OF WHOLE STREET. NO DISABILITY ACCESS & NO LEFT AVAILABLE SPECIALLY WHEN USING A WHEELCHAIR.

    For the area, very good value for money. The hotel is a short distance from nice bars and restaurants with the added bonus of us being able to park a high roofed van on the street, access to hotel car parks is always an issue for us.

    "We came into London for a Funeral we found the location excellent for public transport. The staff on the front desk did their utmost to be helpful. " (108920095)

    We found the facilities very good and were very pleased that we were upgraded to a studio apartment. We had booked an executive double.

    While the Kitchen had all facilities there were no instructions on how to use the Micro Wave and the regular oven. We had to contact the front desk to come and show us how to use them. We were 2 people and they left 2 small hand towels and slightly larger bath towels that were paper thin. I think for the price charged they do better with the towels. For the price of flat screen TV sets nowadays you could put a set into the bedroom

    The hotel was excellent value for money. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly, particularly the receptionist. We were able to check in an hour earlier than stated which was great for us as we were off to a concert at Wembley. I would highly recommend the hotel as an option if you are going to Wembley as the tube station is a 5 min walk and only one stop on the Metropolitan line. Breakfast was included in the price and was very nice indeed!

    We couldn't open our windows and as it was a very hot night this was very uncomfortable!

    frech orange juice to breakfirst

    Booked twin room special,with 2 queen beds.Got three princess beds(small) in the room.Hairdryer could not be used as the desk had ben moved too far from the plug so the dryer coul not ben taken out of the drawer.No place to put our suitcases but on the floor.

    Good value in a quiet venue close to transport - thank you to everyone!

    Nil significant but don't ask wrinklies to say they are mature couples. Who wants to take on the responsibilites of maturity when they have youth in their veins?!

    Myself and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We both thoughtthat the room was value for money, and were very comfortable. We shall be using this hotel again. The hotel was situated very close to local ammenities for both restaurants and public transport.

    Friendly staff and good location for business needs. Continental breakfast was nice with fresh fruit, pastries, orange juice etc. Bed was comfortable and room was clean, if a bit dated.

    Floorboards were noisy. Was awakened at approx 3.30 am as people in room above obviously have come in from night out. Shower rail was rusty and decor was dated.

    "The maintenance standards at the hotel were awful." (107218285)

    The first room we were in was infested with insects. The management inspected the room and denied this, but I was expecting them to do so and hence I took photographs of the insects and kept one as a sample. We moved rooms twice. The final apartment we ended up in had a leaking washing machine and so the apartment smelled of rotten eggs every time we washed our clothes. The washing machine was only replaced a a few days before we left.

    very clean, staff more than helpful and friendly.

    we were in an apartment on the top floor with no lift, one of the party found this quite difficult. The one bed was a threequarter, so very small for 2 people and the bed settee very lumpy and uncomfortable.

    The hotel had over booked (how they can do this in this age of technology is a mystory) and I get bumped to another hotel. However, the hotel was very close and I got a reasonable room (probably better) and a full breakfast.

    Your location was perfect for this particular visit Hampstead is a delightful place to visit and certainly convenient getting around London city.

    Inconvenient and costly for Heathrow Airport.It would be benificial if all Hampstead hotels worked together at providing airbus service to the airports.

    Attractive house and good service; A quiet and attracive road; Value for money; Room large enough, comfortable bed; tea making facilities; good bathroom with shampoo, shower gells etc.

    Some of the carpets needed cleaning. The curtains in my bedroom needed replacing - their linings were dirty and torn. As they were torn, the light came in and woke me at 4.30 am.

    Lovely quiet location. Yet close to the tube and buses. Excellent friendly staff. Very accomodating. Very good continental breakfast. Very good value for money. Will definitely return.

    Nice, clean and friendly atmosphere. Convenient location when arriving from Stansted airport. Great that the reception was open all night, since we arrived very late.

    The room was a bit cold. We switched on the heat, which made a big difference, but since we arrived around 3 a.m.in a rainy night, it would have been nice to go to a warm room instead of having to wait for it to warm up. Also, it would be great if the check out would be at 12 instead of 11; it would really make a difference for everybody arriving late!

    we had a flat to ourselves rather than just a twin room

    behind any of the furniture had never been cleaned for a long time.top of the wardrobe was not clean

    Generally clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast and excellent, friendly staff.

    Uncomfortable pillows and rather dirty carpet - not being in the main hotel which was unexpected.
