    "My first stay was in a very cramped room again with no bed/sink light working and mould round shower tray. Second stay very bad smell (see previous comments). Overall bad experience would not stay again." (108220470)

    small room was ok for budget with clean bed and en suite. Good heating

    Black mould round shower and tiles. overbed and over sink lights did not work. Worst point - I stayed in room 25 on second visit and there was a very bad open sewer type smell in the bathromm. Smell was there all the time and was so overpowering that I had to leave bathroom main light and extractor fan on all night to try to get some sleep.

    Rude, unfriendly staff on check in desk, uncomfortable pillow, drains in shower and on bathroom floor could do with clean out

    "perfect. we stayed to visit a footballmatch. Unfortanetly we lost (AZ), but our stay in London was worthwhile." (108561704)

    we demanded a quiet room: and we became a fantastic appartment. the breakfast was o.k.

    "poor customer service, the lady behind the counter seemed to want to do anything apart from help and when we got there we were told they had overbooked the twin rooms and we had to take a double which really was not good enough. the only offer to resolve this was some spare bedding to sleep on the floor!!"     clean enough. the hotel was very close to Arsenal FC football ground, which was what we required.

    very very bad customer service.

    "I was unimpressed from the moment I arrived and found a receptionist who looked like he would be more at home working as a bouncer. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in." (108475932)

    Room was small and in need of redecoration. It was also noisy - sound insulation from surrounding rooms and next floor was very poor. The alleged continental breakfast was in another hotel and consisted of toast, cereal, slices of cheese and tea or coffee - no croissants, pastries or yoghurt. I'm not sure whether or not there was fruit juice. I ended up going elsewhere for breakfast.

    "Rubbish" (108456497)

    There were no good points other than the outside of the hotel

    greeted by unhelpful staff, not in a uniform and scruffy looking. Lobby looked nice, down a narrow corridor filled with beaten doors that looked like a hostel, room was small and pokey window was open but still smelt musty look on the window broken. Bathroom was exceptionally small, shower curtain was dirty, mould in the shower. Door to the room was cracked. No wardrobe just a hanging rail behind a curtain and the slats were missing. photos on request.

    the price is cheap and the hotel is next to Finsbury park station.

    the staff is not smiling and welcoming good. they are really strange and not nice. they're speaking bad.

    Very helpful and friendly staff, great location for my needs.

    No internet service in rooms as advertised, the main reason I chose this hotel.

    "It was not a very good experience and the advert said, refurbished but there was nothing refurbished about the rooms I stayed in." (108633803)

    Although, he apologized to me after the heated argument and upgraded my room, it was too late because I had already made up my mind not to stay there again and checked out earlier than I should have.

    The staff at the hotel were not accomodating and I actually had a shouting match with one of them who told me to my face there was something wrong with me just because I complained of a bad bed that was affecting my back due to my pregnancy. The management service was also poor and there was discrimination as well when another member of staff said to my face, "So you speak english?" because I wrote my complaint on paper.

    Nothing good to talk about.

    Very dirty place for a forty pound night hotel situated in A developed Country as England. If it was here in Switzerland, i bet the management would have been prosecuted by the authorities. Room filled with carboums and diety old tawels . I bet a hotel in in a third World country can even do better than what i saw in London. I do have pictures to back this claims !

    "The customer service at this place is a joke. I actually checked out a day early but they were not concerned as to why. When I showed the staff the cup with insects in it he went to get the manager apparently, but when the guy came to talk to me he claimed he wasn't the manager and I would need to call the hotel on the Monday to speak to the manager about a refund for that night.     There aren't any.

    Smell of sewage from drain in bathroom. Only heating working in room was the underfloor heating in the bathroom (bathroom door had a self-closing door so the bathroom was like a sauna while the room was cold). Tiny insects came from nowhere and descended on the tea making facilities including my cup. Also the bars on my window were slightly disturbing.

    Extremely tired in all aspects. Disgusting minature bathroom facilities. Very noisy all night with door slamming, shouting and general inconsiderate "guests." I would not stay here again!

    "Hotel was close to the Emirates stadium which was handy, and as I said carp parking was good which was why we chose this hotel. If I stayed there again I would make sure we took extra pillows and would make sure rad was off before I went to bed" (107800687)

    Car parking facility was extremely good, and safe. Bed comfortable, didn't have breakfast as had to leave early.

    Only one very thin pillow each. Rooms were exceptionally hot and the room I was in I could not turn off radiator so room must have been over 90 degrees. Radiator was so hot it could have burnt you. Carpet in front of rad was warm. Television stand was wobbly and I was frightened the tv may fall

    Friendly Staff Clean Linen

    Very basic, stained carpets and upholstery, breakfast arrangements like a canteen in a refugee camp. Bathroom like a cupboard.

    Room was nice and big

    Quite the most atrocious experience in trying to get parked (the staff knew nothing as to how to gain access via local closed roads) - the room was fine but having to check in at a central reception, then again at a first annex and then be taken to a second annex some distance away was bizarre - and breakfast was truly atrocious! No bath plug or curtains for the rear fanlight.

    - situation géographique : proche de la gare de St pancras international, et proche du centre ville en "tube" - chambre disponible dès notre arrivée à midi pour déposer nos bagages

    - le petit déjeuner continental ne comprenait que la boisson (thé ou café), et se prenait dans la chambre même (aucun espace restauration pour le matin où nous pouvions manger !!) - les équipements n'étaient pas tous présents comme indiqué (sèche-cheveux) - télévision avec peu de chaînes - mobilier pas en très bon état..

    Cheap Hotel

    "Disappointed with standard of decor throughout room and ensuite - despite the site claiming the hotel had been recently refurbished. Perhaps I should have realised that at the price of £60 per night in London this is the standard. " (107614013)

    Proximity to Tube Station. My room at the rear was quiet - no traffic noise. Available room at 6 hours notice.

    Decoration of room poor. Ensuite was tiny and in need of decoration, replacement of some fittings required - tiling in shower need seal replaced,etc This hotel is over 10 minute walk from a decent restaurant area.
