    "easy access to Paddington about five minutes walk is a big plus, yet after midnight a very quit and peacefull area hotel open and staffed 24 hrs. I would definetly stay here again" (108479586)

    good sized room, comfortablem quite and very clean

    only bad point was the breakfast room which was very cramped and the cooked breakfast only consisted of sausage eggs and beans. Whatever happened to the bacon

    Convenient for Victoria Station and west end

    Rooms very small - breakfast did not start until 7.30am which is way too late for most business visitors.

    The staff were all fantastic as always

    we stayed in the rooms across the road from the hotel and the layout was wierd door opened and then steps

    "General: It was fine, nothing fancy. Simple and affordable. Suitable for people on a budget who want to spend their money on seeing London and not on accommodation. Hotel is very affordable for central London - 10 minutes away from Victoria Station. Near to lots of shops and restaurants. Walking distance to Buckingham Palace and the parks. I stayed at a 4 star hotel on business down the road earlier on that week and extended my business trip on my own account to sight see. In retrospect, I should have just stayed at the Best Western from the beginning and not gone to the 4 star hotel which was a waste of money. " (107825877)

    Good points: It was neat, clean and simple - value for money. The room was small but you only use the room to sleep in. The TV had more channels than the 4 star hotel I stayed at during the previous few days on business.

    Bad points: They should have smoking rooms available. It is too cold in London to have to stand outside. The TV was attached to the wall at a funny angle. The window did not stay open by itself.

    Nice clean well serviced room. Bathroom excellent. Great choice of channels on TV. Free Wi-Fi, a must in this day and age.

    When I arrived it was pouring down with rain and the staff never offered to help with luggage which I had to carry to the hotel annexe some 100 yards away from the main building.

Considering what the room cost I was shocked to see that we had to pay for bacon and sausage @ £1.50 each, so if you wanted a cooked breakfast you only had a choice of fried egg, scrambled egg, beans, tomato or mushrooms which was cold

    Clean Room, good standard of decoration, mostly quiet without disturbance to sleep.

    A minor point, breakfast is stated as inclusive, however bacon or sausages are an extra with the english breakfast (though only cost £1.50 each.) There are no facilities for an evening meal at this hotel, however there are plenty of good eating establishments within a short walk.

    "Our party occupied three rooms and everyone enjoyed their stay. I would certainly recommend this Best Western hotel." (107475020)

    The hotel was easy to find and in a quiet convenient location despite it's proximity to Victoria Bus and Railway Stations. It had clearly been refurbished very recently to a high standard and was clean and welcoming throughout. The bathroom was particularly well appointed and this was the only hotel I ever recall staying in where the shaving mirror did not steam up after a hot shower! The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the tea/coffee making facilities cleverly installed so that no wires showed. The breakfast was excellent (especially eggs, tomatoes,croissants and choice of coffee. The tables were cleared efficiently despite the hotel being full. Highly recommended - we shall probably use again. Fairly late check-out was also a plus.

    Few bad points and would have scored higher but for the slight delay in check-in (despite there being three receptionists on duty.) The room was also rather small (the 6' wide bed took up all the available space) and there was an extra charge for sausage or bacon at breakfast.
