    Quiet, central location, free WIFI

    Told team & coffe facilities in room, but having searched all cupboards and drawers there were not facilities in my single room.

    Staff was very helpful and freindly. Very professional team, from Reception desk to Housekeeper to Breakfast service.

    First room we had was so small that it was impossible even to move. Second room assigned was bigger, on the basement and next to breakfast room, consequently noisy, but bigger and more confortable. Lack of bag-tracks and did not have bathrobes as booked in the reservation (was one of the optionals in the room).

    Good breakfast. The bedroom was really nice and clean. The bathroom really clean and suitable for our stay. The bed was really confortable. The hotel is very well located, close to Victoria station and main attractions of the city

    clean comfortable and friendly. Free wireless internet access in the comfortable lobby was good.

    room was too hot - hard to resolve since the weather was very mild. Would have liked to be able to get a wireless internet connection in my room.

    "Overall this is a clean comfortable value for money hotel that is ideally situated for sightseeing in a nice area of London. " (107617455)

    The beds were very comfortable,and the rooms very quiet. The choice of food at breakfast was excellent.

    Shower room was a bit on the small size and the tv extremely high up on the wall making your neck ache to watch it.

    "Nice staff, good hotel-we probably got the worst room with a horrible bathroom but other than the bathroom it was very nice. would stay again if it weren't for the bathroom. " (107389344)

    Large room, nice furnature, tempurature of room, safe in the room, good breakfast, luggage room

    Bathroom smelled horrible! Bathroom was very tiny! no closet or drawers, Fire alarm went off 2 mornings out of 4 days, noisy outside and windows don't close all the way, smoke smell also came through the window

    Nice Hotel, Underground near by, silent street, although Victoria Station is only a few minutes walk away. Small, but clean and nice room, good breakfast and friendly stuff.

    "Good value for money, I will use it again." (107951817)

    The hotel is walking distance to all amenities, the shower is functioning properly and the bed is comfortable.

    The room that I was in got a bit noisy by 9am because it was near reception but I was up anyway. I dropped a pen under the bed and....oh boy, there was a week of dust there.

    "Overall a good place to lay a head but wouldn't stay for more than a couple of days due to size of the rooms - however we may have just been given the smallest." (107554137)

    value for money and warm cosy clean rooms, good that free wi-fi is included.

    The hotel under going renovation - no visible reception (just a back office). Rooms in no way reflected the pictures on the website as they were very small.

    Central with good restuants locally.

    Shower Did not drain which flooded that batroom area. Where the television was mounted on the wall made it very diffucult to view, very poor picture on television, sound proofing from adjacent room was non existant.Breakfast help yourself bar was poorly laid out and not enough plates etc available. Room was also susceptable from significant noise fro a water tank which was noisy when water was drawn by other guests.

    Clean & tidy

    First of all, we were put in a room near to the the ground floor entry door, which was very noisy. Also the bed wasn't comfortable. However, they did change us to a ore suitasble room for the second night.

    "I really like the area the hotel is in. The towels and sheets were clean and apart from the coffee machine not working I thought the breakfast was really good.It was such a shame we had problems with the room being ready but the shower would put us off staying there again. " (107263389)

    The room (single) was very small, Shower water not flowing hence bathroom flooded.

    clean, comfortable beds.

    Very noisy plumbing (not only from our rooms)we were in the attic so i think the tanks were above us. breakfast did not have fruit as per menu. also very hot, no air con, they did provide fans. only 1 lift.

    "This hotel is not as it appears on the website and should be inspected again before it is advertised by agents. I was extremely glad that we only stayed 2 nights if any more, I would have paid to change hotels. This hotel is definitely a 2 star and not a 3 star as advertised. I would not be staying at this hotel again or recommending it to any of my family and/or friends." (97089987)

    The hotel is stated on the website as being recently refurbished - this needs to be checked again as the hotel needs a total refurbishment. The public areas need new carpets and the basement is in a very poor state. This hotel should not be classed as a 3 star hotel but as a 2 star. The hotel rooms are extremely small especially the bathroom which has a wet floor. These rooms should be classed as single rooms. The blankets are old and matty and should not be used and again the carpets in the room are extremely old and need replacing.

    Nearness to the Voctoria Station.

    Noisy outdoor by night. We asked the staff if they could help us gettin to a fotballstation, it was bad answering, they couldn't or wouldn't-

    Few good points apart from location.

    Room was clean but furniture and fittings so worn it all looked grubby and smelled musty. Limited breakfast. Noisy room - not just from traffic and pedestrians outside but also clunking of lift, closing doors etc.

    "The hotel was clean and presentable and ideal for all types of travellers. However 1 was very disappointed to be told I would not have a cot for my 6 month old baby on the first night as the hotel only had 1 cot available and this had been loaned out. The member of staff was a bit abrupt to say the least and also gave false information." (97761245)

    The accomodation was clean and presentable, it was only a short walking distance from the station. The breakfast was also very good.

    "The hotel offered all that it claimed - a clean, comfortable, friendly base. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast room was pleasant and there was always plenty of food available. The very small size of the room did come as a shock, but nonetheless, it provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay.- although it was difficult to watch the high wall mounted TV without getting a stiff neck!"     Very convenient location for both Victoria train staion and Victoria coach staion. Eveything necessary for an over-night stay.Very pleasant staff.

    The room was very nice, and also, very quiet... we couldn't hear any noices during the night, which was lovely!!! It was also clean and nicely decorated, but ...

    with the few updates in terms of furniture and the toilett it could be even cosier!! Also... the reception area needs some attention... pure receptionists!! It really isn't very welcoming although the staff was great, indeed!!!!

    Very near to the venue and very well situated to get out of london the following day. The eating area was very clean and well presented. food good.

    The room we were in was on a slant so i felt drunk!!!all the time.

    The hotel is in a great location, plenty of restaurants and pubs around, good transport links nearby, very easy to find coming from victoria underground station. Breakfast was very good, plenty of options.

    Rooms were very warm and there was some noise caused by hot water pipes but still managed to get good sleep

    Friendly staff, right beside victoria station, good choice of soap and shampoo in bathroom.

    No general dislikes but do think that new carpet on stairway is badly needed and the locks on bathroom door and bedroom windows need upgrading however this would not prevent me from staying here again.

    We had a quad room, our bed was soft and comfortable, and the linen was clean.

    The second bed was actually a couch bed, which the kids said was very hard and uncomfortable, our room was in the basement and had bars on the windows which made us very uneasy about fire safety.
