    " I very nice hotel. Am ideal overnight stop for visiting Wembly Arena or Wembly Stadium which are both a short walk away. I would certainly consider staying again if I stay in London overnight again." (108848091)

    Staff Freiendly and helpful. Hotel was easy to find and very close to venue I wanted to visit. It was useful knowing distance from Wembly Arena when booking the hotel. The orange juice served at reception on entry was warmly welcomed.

    The only thing I was uncomfortable about was that the hand rail in the bathroom was positioned directly above to toilet.

    Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room comfortable, clean and perfectly adequate for one night's stay

    After the event the bar area was very crowded with insufficient seats. We had to sit on the window ledge. Ok for the youngsters!

    "fabulous hotel and perfect location for the wembley stadium and in walking distance of the trains.the staff were friendly&helpful.very impressed when reception rang my mobile to check that we were on our way to the hotel as our flight had been delayed.the room was amazing and very clean.the bar food was good value-great portions of food.would definitely stay here gain!"     Staff were professional and friendly

    Lifts were in a poor condition. We actually got stuck on the 5th floor in the one lift fortunately we managed to prise the doors open.

    "If we'd had a non-smoker's room we would've been very happy with the hotel, but as we didn't, I now will not trust this hotel to accommodate my requirements in the future and will not recommend or use this hotel again. In their defence, this was a very busy evening and the hotel was full so they were not able to move us to another room." (108863155)

    Very convenient for our evening's venue at Wembly Stadium. Comfortable; clean; quiet.

    BEING PLACED IN A SMOKER'S ROOM after requesting NON SMOKING!!! This spoiled the whole experience for us as the room reeked of smoke. Very disapointing indeed. Poorly working TV. Random ring/ chirp of room's phone.

    Good location to Wembley Arena/Wembley Stadium. Rooms clean; ability to use hotel facilities.

    Would have been better if the rooms had mini fridges - for storing medications & choice of milk for tea/coffee making purposes.

    Good standard of service.

    paid extra £20 for a upgrade room whitch included a bottle of wine and a bowl of fruite and chockolates they were not in room and when i asked why the receptionist only laughed i have been to the above hotel on several ocasions but was disipointed with above.

    Local to Wembley Stadium and had parking. Great staff.

    £10 per day parking because of event at stadium despite paying almost £180 per night for room only. Room has very basic facilities equal ro cheaper hotel chains. Draft beer in the very expensive bar in undrinkable!!

    "Only stayed a few days but really felt like I was leaving home at the end ! This hotel was completely booked for a football event but at no time did it feel crowded or noisy, nor was the service compromised. A wonderful stay. " (107988400)

    Deeply impressed by cheerful, warm, professional staff at this hotel. Food was excellent - ate in restaurant both night. Great value (kids ate free) and absolutely delicious.

    Room slightly dated but feel this is reflected in the price which is excellent in terms of location and facilities. Bath water not as hot as I would have liked.

    The reception, bar and resturant were very impressive. It was a very good first impression on entering the hotel.

    We found our room very poor and basic for the amount of money that this cost us. We proceeded to have a shower on the morning of our checkout, to which we found that the bath in our room leak to a great extent, on exiting the shower the bathroom floor was completely covered in water and very dangerous even with a towel on the floor. On returning to the hotel on the night of our stay my partner and I decided to order room service, our order was taken only to receive a telephone call a short while later requesting that we go down to reception and pay for our food before we received it, we both found this extremely insulting as this could have been charged to our room.

They cannot keep the hotel in this way based on just the location. Thats the only reason people would pay the price they do to stay in this dated, run down hotel.     Twin instead of a double room, smoking room given instead of non-smoking, room very dated with plugs hanging off the wall, damp etc etc.

    Convenient to venue

    Noisy at night. Room doors banged very loudly as most people allowed them to SLAM shut. Attempted to access internet with key board provided batteries appeared corroded and no access. Unable to gain access to hotel infromation system provided via TV set.

    Hotel in very good location for Wembley Stadium Hotel is modern and reception a restuarant area well equiped Checkin staff very efficient and friendly. Room clean bed and pillows very good. Bathroom well equiped and clean English buffet breakfast very very good

    A fridge would be a nice extra A little bit of road noise but not too intrusive

    "The staff try to be helpful, but better communication between departments needed. Restaurant seemed to run fairly efficiently at breakfast, although some things had run out-butter and brown bread for toast, although these were produced quickly when requested. In general not a very relaxing experience. One does not wish to have to fight to get one's entitlement. However it is very convenient for both Wembley arena and stadium, so may well stay again for convenience, but would definitely request a room on a higher floor(Plaza rooms are on the 9th floor so slightly quieter).     Staff were generally polite and pleasant, felt reception needs to have better knowledge of rooms. We booked twin, the upgrade was a double, asked size of bed was told "same width as the 2 singles put together" so should have been a super kingsize ie 6 foot wide, was not only 5 foot wide.

    Bedrooms. Standard so basic-no bottled water, noisy from road. Surprised single glazed windows.Upgraded & moved,took 40 minutes for Plaza package to arrive. Bath badly chipped in bottom.Linen a disgrace, seams coming undone. Duvet stank of savlon or similar medication. Pubic hairs on sheet. Night porter took away duvet with a grunt and left uncovered duvet in plastic bag. Rang reception again & asked for duty manager,he arrived with supposedly clean linen and made bed with new duvet, he was very apologetic, but when we got into bed found it still smelt & wonder if he had put the old cover on the new duvet! T.V. too low to view easily from the bed.Chairs not relaxing. Lighting poor for doing makeup/hair. Room service slow.

    Service excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money. Restaurant food excellent.

    Television reception was poor/picture quality was poor. Booked a twin-bedded room yet was allocated a double-bedded room.

    Room needing some modernisation. Unacceptable not to have a good range of choice of TV programme. Also TV very out of date Gym too small
