    Good value in pricey London. Well-located on main well-lit, safe street -- three minutes from Pimlico station and an easy walk to Victoria.

    Separate bath for single room is on 'another floor'... up four short flights of stairs, although just fine once you get there. Another toilet is down one flight. If you're prepared for that, it's just fine.

    Clean. Secure. Polite.

    Not even a a kettle in the room. I've never before had a room in a British hotel where you couldn't make a cup of tea. Made worse by the fact that there was no other catering available after breakfast. Conspicuous cost-saving and mean-spiritedness everywhere you looked (e.g. Wifi went off at midnight (possibly saving the hotel a few pence in electricity); cheapest possible toilet paper, one single small towel). Bathroom up four flights of stairs. More like student accommodation than a proper hotel. Overpriced- I booked via an online booking service, I certainly wouldn't pay that price again, let alone the "official" price.

    "Would not recommend hotel to anyone .....after the argument with the semi naked guest I felt we were staying in a semi-official brothel and that this guest had no respect for himself or his partner and we were subjected to that also. " (107926715)

    Clean and friendly Comfortable beds

    Almost poisoned vby over use of air fresheners and as I am allergic to these had a very bad initial experience whilst trying to book in. Very noisy guests having extremely noisy sex who then decided they wanted to sleep and began banging on room door although my colleague and I were talking re work without TV or radio. Guest did this in his underpants which I found insulting and degrading and also had his sex partner parading in front of us and being abusive in her underwear.

    We had the road side of the building, and it was noisy as the people in the Youth Hostel two doors down were noisy late into the night The breakfast could have had a bit more variety from day to day

    Overall we had a very nice and very comfortable stay. We cant find any fault with regards with the cleanliness(everday the room is being cleaned and sheets are being changed). Taking into account that the staff are so trustworthy since we would always leave jeweleries and valuables out.

    Some of the sockets are not functioning and we cant use the internet as well since we cant pick up any signal in our room.

    Single room was far too small, my feet were in the sink ! No tea or coffee facility in room which was a down point, Room beside bed/wall was far too small.

    The room was clean and well kept and the staff were friendly. Being on the top floor there was a good view across to the London Eye. My room was away from the street which is always an advantage when staying in London.

    My room on the top floor was reached by 8 flights of stairs which was quite a challenge carrying two cases! Although the room was away from the street there was quite a lot of 'water running' noise. The hairdryer didn't work.

    The room had a good view (London Eye) The room was clean, had adjustable temperature and bedding. Hot water. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Close to transportation (bus, tube, & train).

    Three flights of stairs to get to room (they do have lower rooms for disabled & on request). Local tube is repairing the down esculator; no elevator -- so took taxi to nearby coach station to catch coach to Heathro.

    "As a stopover it did the trick perfectly. Good location but hard to find so print map/google map before coming. Good value for money since London is very expensive.     A centrally located small hotel Near Pimlico tube station. Friendly staff, ver clean. Room was adequate for short stay.

    Cleanliness of hotel and friendliness of staff

    Room was on top floor with no lift. Eight flights of stairs with a huge case was difficult. The pipes in the room/plumbing was very noisy in the early morning.

    "The kettle lead in room 10 was too short to reach the nearby plug. The lounge area was inadequate to relax in or to meet friends. The breakfast was adequate but limited to boiled eggs only other than cereal and toast. Perhaps cheese and ham could be offered?" (97702209)

    I think the corridors and rooms are souless with no relieving pictures. Surly some nice prints of London scenes could be arranged?

    "I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I have had everything I needed wich was a comfortable, clean and safe place to sleep at, since I had spent all day long sightseeing in London.     The location of the hotel is excellent. It is about 10 minutes by foot from Victoria Station and Coach Station, 3 minutes far from Pimlico underground, with bus stops nearby and taxis passing everytime there. The bedroom was very clean and with comfortable beds, with flat screen TV and tea facilities. There was clean towels and soap. The bathroom was very clean as well. The breakfast was very good with croissant, juice, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, cereals, boiled eggs, toast and jam, served by a very simpathetic waitress. The reception used to close at 11pm, however the key of the bedroom hotel would open the front door of the hotel. The owner of the hotel was very kind and helpful, specially when we needed to leave the hotel before the breakfast hour to take our flight and the owner of the hotel let us have our breakfast earlier.

    There was no air-coinditioning at the bedroom.

    I had a basic room (no en-suite). The room and the whole hotel was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was good. The room was quiet and comfortable.

    "brilliant - to be honest i have stayed at a lot of hotels on this street and this was by far the best - i would reccomend that people ask for a 'rear' bedroom as the street can be quite noisty with traffic - especially in the summer time when its nice to have the window open. The manager was happy to help me upgrade on my first evening as i hadnt realised i had booked a room with no bathroom - very helpful and flexible. Thank you Shower facilitieson thefirst floor are brilliant - it gets a bit less pressure as you go up to the top floor. One reccomendation : would be good to have Satelite TV" (3305092621)

    easy and safe to get to in Pimlico - easy walking distance from the Pimlico tube station - Safe and well lit street. Breakfast was gtreat - staff were firendly and courteous and happy to help. Cup of tea tasted lovely !!!!

    everything was fine - apart from the neighbours tv comin on loud at 5am on my second morning - so the walls are really quite thin

    "Everything was fine except for the temperature of the room mentioned above, and the fact that breakfast was not available until 0730, when I really wanted it at 0700. I was able to start eating at 0725, as it happened, but I had to rush for my meeting - not good in those temperatures. This hotel is not ideal for the business traveller.     No air conditioning, or even a fan. Room faced the evening sun and was by a busy road, and was therefore noisy as the window had to be wide open.
