    Very central location. Great shower. Comfortable beds.

    Room size adequate - problems with lack of dressing area when both people wanted to dress. Very stuffy room even without the radiator being on. The sash window could not be kept open without the use of the Bible propping it open! The breakfast was very disappointing - not a lot of choice and quality. Had problems hailing taxis in that area. We had to walk with our bags one or two blocks in order to get one. The reception staff told us that was the only way as phoning for one would have incurred a higher price.

    I like the idea of the tv had my name and welcoming to my room and we had enough tea and coffee in our room and the room was always warm and comfortable

    I didn't like the fact that the venting machine didn't give back change nor I didn't like that the lift was a bit noisey and I didn't feel safe in it and in my room one of the cup and plate for my tea wasn't clean.

    "This hotel is a very simple, good value for money option if you wish to stay in central London but don't wish to spend an absolute fortune. The location is excellent - Belgrave road is a main road - but traffic in Westminster is for some reason never that heavy. The rooms are clean and warm - the bathrooms are small but well equipped.     Days Inn Westminster is clean, friendly and very simple. Its location is excellent - about 10 minutes walk to Victoria station - 5 minutes to the river.

    The rooms are a little small - but very clean and well equipped.

    "This was our first stay at the Days Inn hotel near Victoria. The hotel is fine for an overnight stay and handy for the Victoria line on the tube and Victoria Mainline station. We were able to leave our luggage there until time to catch our train from Victoria which, as advertised, is about 10 minutes walk away. The staff managing the breakfast buffet were particularly cheery and efficient. Compared to other cities e.g. Paris, Brussels, San Francisco, Houston .... the rooms are a bit poky for the price. On the whole though the hotel is nice enough and we will keep it on the list for future overnighters in London." (97101971)

    Good sized bed and bedding. Quick hot water, working shower. Kettle to make tea in the morning.

    No thermostatic control on the central heating radiator. Difficult to control the temperature of the room; either too hot or chilly.

    "An adequate stay, but nothing special. The location was quiet and very close to Pimlico tube. The room was quite small but it was very clean with a good quality TV. Would've liked more service for breakfast and there wasn't much choice of cooked food." (99316388)

    The quiet location and free weekend parking outside the hotel

    Small room, very slow lift, the 100% serve yourself breakfast and the fact the restaurant was not open for dinner over the weekend.

    "The kettle on the catering tray had to be plugged in to function - the nearest power point was next to the TV so couldn't have both on at the same time - I had to move the TV so I could plug in the kettle as there was no safe surface otherwise and the cable itself wasn't long enough to allow me to use the floor to put the kettle on safely" (97714319)

    Quiet location, near to Victoria Railway Station. The room although compact was clean and the bed was comfortable.

    my room (460) has a toilet/wash/shower room which size is less than (1.90x0.80)m, and not opimally set up.

    Proximity to Victoria is a major plus for me. I believe the hotel is a family-run hotel. This is a good point.

    "On arrival, the kettle was inoperative, although it was replaced promptly. My room had a poorly insulated door, so noise from the corridor could be heard quite plainly from within the room, throughout the night. The windows were loose fitting sash type with no double glazing, allowing traffic and other noise to be clearly heard. On the night I stayed, some rowdy guests on a lower level were having an all night drinking party outside on their balcony and the level of noise was unacceptable. The wood veneer on the bedroom furniture was severely worn and damaged. In the bathroom, the basin was loose from its fixings, and the shower door runners had become detached" (3304690127)

    Clean, orderly, good value accommodation. The staff were charming and helpful.

    Poorly insulated windows and doors. Poor condition of the bedroom furniture. Poor maintenance of the bathroom equipment. No weekday parking. Car parks are quite a distance and expensive.

    "I needed a place to stay that was a safe area for a solo older traveler. I liked being close to a tube station and was able to get to all my places within a very short time period--plays, general sightseeing areas. Victoria Station was close by and I used it to go to and from the airport plus going out into the countryside. The breakfast was generous. Families were there besides other young and older couples. When I travel, I do not need a lot of space, but a clean bed and room which I did have. Compared to other hotels, I felt I had a good price." (3304243374)

    Easy to get to from the Pimlico station, very helpful at the desk, clean room, area I felt safe in as a solo older traveler especially coming in late in the evening.

    Comfortable room (a bit small, but given the price in Central London, OK), friendly staff, central location

    Energy Use !! Single glazing, hot rooms, radiator TRV badly sited. Not only would guest comfort be enhanced, but a look at heating and energy use could also save the Company a lot of money !
