    The location of the hotel is really good with short walking distance to Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace.

    Poor breakfast,not so enthusiastic staff and not soundproof room. We were waked by neighbours coming home at night and from heavy traffic.

    "Arrived at the Jubilee B&B rather tired following 26 hours flying from Australia. Room size/facilities were overpriced, particularly for top floor stair climb. Other than that, the facilities were adequate and clean, and the staff personable, obliging and friendly. The breakfast was adequate (cereal, toast, tea/coffee).     Close to Victoria Coach Station, staff carried suitcase up stairs for four floors. Friendly, personable staff.

    "Shoddy. I won't be staying here again." (107898482)

    Always someone on reception if you needed anything.

    TV reception was very poor, picture kept fading in/out on some channels. Wardrobe was totally inadequate: no decent coat hangers, no shelf space for jumpers, t-shirts, etc. Bed was never made properly. Shower was one of those where the movement between warm and scolding was about a millimetre. Breakfast was supposed to start at 07.30, but whenever I went down after then at say 07.40, the dining room was locked and the staff hadn't prepared the room to serve breakfast.

    Hotel staff were not particularly helpful, but reasonable. Did not accept the alternative rooms offered and was informed that there would be no charge due to the hotel double booking our original choice of room. Yellow Pages available in the room.

    Booked twin en-suite. Hotel was double booked and was offered alternative (single and double basic room at no extra charge). Rooms of poor quality (peeling paintwork on walls, barred window to ground floor room and insufficient escape route. Window broken on the top floor and wouldn't close).

    The internet booking was straightforward , however we were under the impression as we gave the credit card details at time of booking that it had been charged

    On arrival at 11.30 pm and very tired i was told the room had not been charged . I did not have the buisness credit card with me and was told i could not check in unless i paid in full . i asked if i could get someone to phone through in the morning to pay before i checked out and was rudely told no . The man was rude and unapolagetic . The room was dirty and the shower did not work properly , only half a roll of toilet paper was left . The bed clothes were dirty and there was no hair dryer .

    hôtel central ,près de victoria staion permet de circuler dans toute la ville à partir de victoria

    "One member of staff was less talkative than I'd have liked but he might have been tired. Overall, though, it was a good experience. Closeness to Victoria was excellent. The breakfast was a good one to sustain one for a morning with yoghurt a welcome addition to the usual cereal and toast of a continental breakfast." (107213277)

    The hotel is very basic but has everything necessary for the stay and is very good value for its central London location. The room was very clean.

    There were some maintenance issues in the room - chips off the wall, stains on the quilt, etc. These were not to do with cleanliness but spoiled the look of the room. The room got very cold in the middle of the night and I couldn't see any spare bedding. There were no storage units - chests of drawers or wardrobes. I know the size of the room wouldn't have permitted much but, if I'd been staying for more than one night, it could have been a problem.

    "this is not a hotel its a bed and breakfast and if a family of superfit midgets want to stay in the victoria area of london this would be an ideal place to stay to save money !" (108001661)

    the hotel was close to all important areas - walking distance to victoria train and coach station etc

    Why is it that as a single male traveller i always get put in the smallest room that is at the most remote point of the hotel. I had to climb 8 flights of stairs for a room that was smaller than i was when i lay on the bed. The noise from the other sleepers and the dripping drains kept me up for most of the evening and the shower was either freezing or started to peel the skin from my back with the heat. I have travelled all over the place and i can put up with loads but i do expect that i dont have to sleep diagonally across a room to fit into it to be part of my 'london hotel experience'

    it was like a 1970 sitcom

    it was the smallest room i have ever been in! you had a double bed and a path to get past it !

    La prenotazione on line non specifica se ha dato origine ad addebito immediato di tutto il soggiorno, quindi si mi è stato richiesto il pagamento al termine della vacanza che ha dato origine ad una discussione senza possibilità di controllo degli addebiti.

    "As this was my first visit to London I was expecting this B & B to be similar in quality to privately owned B&Bs which I was staying in prior to travelling to London. Unfortunately this was not the case. If I was to book online again for a stay in London I would definately make sure that pictures of the accommodation were available for me to see before booking.     Convenience to bus station

    The room was extremely small, there was a large disgusting stain on the rug, the bathroom was so small the you could barely get in. The drain in the shower was obviously not working properly as the water overflowed from the floor of the shower stall onto the floor in front of the toilet. The shower curtain smelled to badly that I went out and bought some inexpensive perfume to spray on it, which I had to do several times!!

    "I am quite satisfied with my stay at Jubilee as the hotel is very near Victoria station and it is very convenient to travel around the city by bus, train or tube. The room is cosy, the price is reasonable and the staff are friendly. I will come back next time!" (97521595)

    The room is very spacious, warm and comfortable to stay in. The price is reasonable for a quadriple room. We have two kids and three adults and each of us have our own bed, which makes us feel really comfortable and relaxed to stay in

    The room is down stairs in the basement and the back door that opens to the patio is not very secured. The breakfast is too little for an adult and the areas is not big enough so it takes time to wait to be seated in the morning for breakfast.

    Desayuno excelente y el personal del hotel super amables, el ultimo dia saliamos hacia el aeropuerto a las 7 de la mañana y nos sirvieron el desayuno a las 6,30 sin problemas aunque estaba fuera del horario de comedor.

    "Gentleman on reception desk most helpful, as was young lady at breakfast. This is a quiet, old fashioned hotel within maybe two minutes walk of the side of Victoria Coach Station.     Single ensuite room at top of hotel. Quiet, peaceful. I felt safe.

    Heating was on, so perhaps a little too warm. Otherwise, fine.

    "Cómo eran los baños (si se pueden denominar así) y más imágenes sobre las habitaciones. La ropa de cama dejaba mucho que desear y los edredones y y fundas estaban llenos de manchas. La cortina de la ducha estaba acartonada y había que evitarla como fuese. Mejorar sobre todo la limpieza." (97133441)

    Debería mejorar la limpieza y el estado de los baños (si se pueden denominar baños).
