    Friendly staff (other than the man working on the reception desk). Clean rooms. Value for money with breakfast included in the price

    "Would stay again, basic accommodation, but perfectly acceptable." (108885430)

    Excellent value for money, small shower room, but perfectly adequate for a one night stay.

    Breakfast was hectic, mainly caused by ridiculously slow toaster!

    zentrale Lage, Frühstück eintönig aber gut und Personal nett, täglicher Wäschewechsel

    Kellerzimmer schwer zu finden, Toilettenspülung defekt, fast keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, Spülung und Duschen oberhalb bis 24 Uhr störend

    "I was here with my daughter.We went to see some shows.This is about the 4th or 5th time I have stayed here and would recommended it.It is fairly cheap and it is somewhere to sleep near Victoria coach station." (107994657)

    when we had a complaint it was dealt with straight away.Also asked for extra pillows got them with no problem

    The only down side was the ants in the bedroom.We told them at reception and because they had a vacant room we were moved.

    Clean and convenient. Staff has been heipful. The room size is ok for Asians.

    The lift is too old and was out of order frequently.

    Cooked breakfast was well prepared.

    Internet description does not truly represent facilities and accommodation. No hot water. This problem should have been dealt with more promptly. Bed worst ever slept in.

    "The hotel was in the right area for me to go to a meeting that I had to attend. Unfortunately for the Hutton very shortly there is a Premier Travel Inn opening just down the street, and I use them quite a lot and I am registered with them. So if they have a room availabe I would stop there. If however I could not get in I would consider stopping there again (Hutton) " (107402303)

    Breakfast included in price, and the area in which it is situated is nice. Staff friendly and always smiling.

    Breakfast, asked for sausage, scrambled egg and tomatoe. Got sausage, egg and beans, asked for it to be replaced with what I asked for and got sausage, fried egg, beans and tomatoes. Gave them one last try and got almost what I asked for with tha edition of beans, Similar story for wife. Seems that you get Beans whatever you ask for. Not a major issue, but would help if staff would listen, or beater still write down the order.

    Zentral gelegen. Frühstück gut. Zimmer sauber. Lift. Preis-Leistung für Londoner Verhältnisse ok. Nichtraucherhotel.

    Vorkasse beim Check in! Zimmer sehr klein. Matratzen unbequem. Nasszelle funktional auf anderthalb Quadratmeter, wie im Wohnmobil - nur für sehr schlanke Menschen geeignet....grins :-)

    From check-in to check-0ut the staff were excellent. The room was clean if a little small for three people, but the TV was right up to date with no hidden charges. Breakfast was very good and there was pleanty of it. We would definately stay there again, and recommend it to anyone looking for good cheap accommodation in a very expensive city.

    The bathroom was very small and the water was definately not hot enough for to wash properly.

    Room was clean. Location was spot on for event.

    Customer service non existent. Hotel very dated. No Bar?, Lift absolutely awful (worried about getting in it!)

    Breakfast no choice at all for a cooked breakfast tasteless e.g only three choices. tea and coffee was not very nice at all.

    It was a well kept hotel and the location is great.

    The room was very small and since I think in dollars, which is weaker than the pound, I thought the room was a bit expensive considering the size.

    Room was clean and had private bathroom. Cleaning staff were efficient.

    Continental breakfast was hot but still poor. Scambled eggs,overcooked sausage, baked beans and watered down Orange juice.

    "I would not stay at this hotel again - obviously the owners are more interested in profit than that the guests enjoy their stay and return." (107972126)

    The rooms were cleaned daily and the bedding changed.

    Room was on the groundfloor and noisy because of the traffic and work being carried out on the hotel. Some of the staff had trouble understanding english. Some of the fittings in the bathroom were loose and fell down frequently. The hotwater supply was limited and several times I had to have a cold shower.

    Habitación muy pequeña,sin armario,un sólo enchufe, cuarto de baño minúsculo, poca calefacción(se pasa bastante frío), mala limpieza (hay telarañas), televisión con sólo 5 canales, ascensor que casi nunca funciona. El desayuno es bastante malo también (salchichas revenidas, tostadora que no funciona bien, zumo malísimo...)

    Quite a small, basic room but has all the facilities and is very clean. Good value considering it is in central London. Will stay here again.

    The room was dirty, hairs in the bed, glasses were filthy as were the curtains. Reception was seldom manned. The English Breakfast comprised scrambled eggs, beans and rock hard sausages.

    Room positioned near reception so coming and going, floors and doors quite noisy, tiny bathroom capsule, breakfast a little basic, bed was missing a support slat

    En suite facilities very small. The bed broke, unfortunately, but just held up until the morning. My weight rather than a weak bed!

    The Staff were very helpful, and the Hotel was very clean.

    The room was very small even though we stayed only one night, the bed size was for a child and we called the bathroom the Pod because you did have to climb into it.

    Room was very small- difficult to circumnavigate double bed without endangering legs!
