    Hotel comodo ai servizi.Zona tranquilla.Buona colazione.Camera al terzo piano senza ascensore, in compenso vista stupenda su Parliament Big Ben e Ruota.Ottimo riscaldamento.Personale di servizio gentile.

    Pulizia da migliorare.Moquette in camera non eccellente.

    Location and English breakfast were very good. Facilities are not new, but everything was clean.

    It was a bit noisy due to the street. Sometimes it smelled out of the drain very badly. Bathroomt was very small. You don´t have to be tall to touch the bathroom door with your knees if sitting on the toilet.

    "Hotel room was satisfactory at best - bed was very small with a sheet that didn't cover both of us. Bathroom was ok and TV reception was poor. Floorboards in room above squeaked, so we were kept awake for a long time, then when we finally got to sleep, the fire alarm went off at 4am. The overnight staff had no idea what to do and locked himself away in the office for ages, leaving us customers stood in reception not knowing whether to evacuate, and having the alarm blaring. Finally it turned itself off, and then we were kept awake by the owner trying to fix things, talking loudly outside our room until I asked him to be quiet. Location was good, but that was about it. Breakfast was adequate and good that it was included in the price." (108642243)

    Location was good - very near to Apollo Victoria Theatre, where we were seeing Wicked.

    Squeaky floorboards, staff not knowing what to do in the event of a fire alarm, tiny bed and bedclothes.

    "We would definitely stay here again. It fit our needs for a safe, clean, but not too pricey place to stay. I would say it exceeded my expectations. It's not a five star hotel by any means, but if you are more interested in seeing London than in seeing the inside of your hotel room it shouldn't be a problem." (108929853)

    Very clean and safe-feeling for two single girls. Staff was quick to respond to any problems. Room was basic but perfectly comfortable and adequate for our needs. Location was excellent and within walking distance of all kinds of public transportation, some theaters, and even Buckingham Palace! Free wi-fi worked well most of the time, and the breakfast was good - nothing special but just fine for us.

    Some electrical problems - make sure to bring a converter not just an adapter if you're traveling from out of country.

    Location of hotel was good, close to the train & tube stations.

    Shower room was very small, breakfast wasn't very good at all.

    easy access and walking distance for site seeing

    too many stairs to climb to room with both of us having arthritis.hair dryer didnt work but that was not a problem

    Tiny but well equipped modern bathroom. Basic but good breakfast

    Difficult to balance the water temperature in the shower.

    Well positioned for sightseeing, transport etc. B & B facilities and service was fair. Staff and pigeons friendly and polite.

    Only complaint was the bathroom facilities ie: lack of room and very tiny washbasin which made washing etc somewhat difficult.

    lack of pressure in shower, 3rd floor with no lift (difficult with heavy bags), breakfast in a cramped basement

    excellent location, close to Victoria Rail and Coach station, plenty of places to eat close by, close to central London, good for sight seeing.

    very bsic rooms no tea and coffee in rooms but good cheap drink machine in reception.

    Friendly staff,I arrived about 10.45pm and the process of booking in was done speedely

    Basement room,I felt I should have been told of this in advance.I feel when basement rooms are used clients should be informed orally of means of exit(having a notice in the room is not sufficient) in event of emergency.

    Molt bon esmorçar i situació de l'hotel molt cèntica. Caminant pots arribar als punts més centrics de la ciutat. A 5 minuts del metro.

    Habitació petita i amb mobiliari molt vell.

    "Practical, due to its closeness to Victoria Station, and not particularly expensive regarding London's standards, but overall, not a place to reccomend due to unfriendly staff and other details." (107705693)

    Bad smell coming from the in-suite toilet; no remote control for the TV; we couln't left the luggage there during the day we departed (a common practice in each and every hotel I've visited), because there was no cloakroom and personnel said they "didn't take responsibility if something happened to it"

    dirty ,decor out of the ark ,unpleasant atmosphere . No refurbishment for years .Didn't want to risk eating there although had paid for breakfast.

    I asked at the reception to wake me up at 6.00 am as my mobile broke down and had an early flight. They didn't!! Was lucky to have woken up early! Everything in the room looked worn out. The door was far from sound-proof and gave the impression of unsolid. The same with the window. Floor uneven with an old carpet.

    Clean hotel, convenient location, no hassle!

    Very small shower, no electricity in kitchen at breakfast so no hot drink - but they could have provided drinks from vending machine.
