    "Het was voor mijn behoeften, paar dagen slapen en douchen een hotel die ik ten alle tijden opnieuw zou nemen.Voor langer verblijf zou ik wel naar meer faciliteiten kijken." (107697648)

    De kamer werd elke dag gepoets,de meisjes die er werkten in de breakfast room deden met snelheid en beleefdheid hun taak vervullen.Heel dicht bij het metro station ideaal voor zaken mensen.

    Verschillende lampen op de kamer deden het niet,geen zeep/lotion voorhanden.Het inglisch breakfast was naar mijn mening niet compleet, geen tomaten , geen porridge.Meisjes hadden problemen met lachen, zou de zaak ietsjes luchtiger aangenamer maken.Zou het fijn vinden indien er meer volkoren producten aanwezig waren, zoals volkoren toast.Douchekop was aan ontkalking /vernieuwing nodig.

    Kortbij de Eurostarterminal en vlakbij de metro. Behoorlijk centraal gelegen. Het ontbijt vonden we ok.

    We hebben hinder gehad van nachtlawaai in één van de kamers op een hoger verdiep. Verder vonden we de glazen deur tussen de douche ruimte en het slaapgedeelte minder.

    uitstekende ligging, onthaalpersoneel vriendelijk, nette kamers, goed ontbijt

    beetje geurhinder van ontbijt in kamer, geen geluidsisolatie (hoorden de bovenburen en constant geluid van stromend water; personeel bij ontbijt was niet zo vriendelijk); dit lag vermoedelijk aan ligging van onze kamer op benedenverdieping; kinderen hadden hier op 2de verdieping geen last van.

    Ideally located on a quiet London square, very close to St Pancras and King's Cross Underground. Very friendly staff, good breakfast, very clean room with perfectly working en-suite facilities. Excellent bed and daily clean towels.

    Reasonably priced and clean.

    No tea-making equipment in my room which is unusual even in 2* hotels these days. Breakfast room too small to accomodate all guests so, after three attempts, I had to forego the breakfast.

    Excellent value for money. Small basement room but I was expecting much worse for the cheap price! Great location for St Pancras International. Good breakfast included.

    Shower was completely inadequate (water simply ran down the wall). Room was generally clean and in good order, but rubbish and chewing gum had been left on the bedside table.

    The location close to the underground. The room and the bed linen were clean. Breakfast - very good.

    Breakfast time till 9 - too short for a Saturday. The biggest minus - no proper door between the room and the bathroom, only something like a screen. Although we are a family, we couldn't feel comfortable when using the toilet.

    Well cleaned room every day. The staff at the desk were very polite and have services high in standard. We left a tip at the beds for the cleaner (girl) but she did not took that. Maybe it is forbidden, but when you want to give a tip you show that the cleaning was well done. Nex year better. Then we ask who has done our room.

    The heating of the room was not managable. It was so hot in the room that we needed to have the windows wide open. So that's why we could not sleep verry well because of the noise at the street till 03.00 in the night. The staff in the kitchen were not really friendly It seems they had no pleasure in their job. It is not my porpuse to have badly critics to them but a smile works better instead of a face like thunderclouds. I hope you understand what I meant with this.

    "I have stayed at this hotel before and would generally have rated it as fair but the room I was given this time was poor.The standard of maintainance seemed to have dropped and there was no attempt to resolve the problems when I asked at reception." (108745258)

    Small room.4th floor-no lift. Broken TV remote, only 3 channels. No plug in washbasin. Noisy toilet-could be heard 2 floors below. Bed was like a camp bed, very narrow and squeaky.

    Shower pressure very bad. Breakfast included in room price not great, and waiting staff uninterested and rude. Front of house service fantastic!

    staff at reception very freindly and open, gave good tips about where to eat and drink locally

    staff in breakfast room not at all friendly they could smile and at least say good morning. A lot of noise from other rooms caused sleepless nights.

    "The hotel needs a lot of renovation, the furnishings in my room were cheap and tacky. There were no tea and coffee making facilities. My room was the size of a broom cupboard and I think £49 is a lot to pay for a broom cupboard! The breakfast experience was not very pleasant, more like a canteen experience. No cereal was offered with the English breakfast, there were no menus and you were not asked what you would like in your cooked breakfast. I would not recommend staying here and it is certainly not like a hotel." (108916908)

    Centrally located.The bedding was clean and new.Nice view over the Square.

    The room was absolutely tiny. The bed was stuck right under the window and did not have a headboard. There were no tea or coffee making facilities, (very unusual for an English hotel/B and B) and the furnishings were very cheap and functional.The water system was very noisy. If you watched TV, you would get a crick in your neck. You almost had to go out of the room to turn around. For English breakfast, no cereal was offered and the dining room was not very nice, it had a canteen type feel to it. I was not impressed.

    Very handy for Kings Cross and St. Pancras, underground lines and bus services (much more fun than stuffy tubes) High standard of hygiene. Quiet location. Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Decent breakfast.

    Not a bad point as such but a new showerhead wouldn't go amiss.

    Horrid room in basement. Constant noise from staff talking and laughing throughout the night in the breakfast room. Poor reading light and bed difficult to access as against the wall.

    Staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help and provide assistance. The convenience of the location to Kings Cross and St. Pancras International was excellent - just across the road.

    The hotel rooms are of a good standard. The directions say where to exit but it depends on which exit you come out - The McDonalds marker is a bit confusing !! As you com out of the underground if you go right you will see a McDonalds about away and I headed off in that direction and did a circuit and did my checks of surrounding streets bu had to finally ring the hotel. Then I retraced to the underground exit and If I had gone right and the directions had been look up once you exit the underground on this side I would have seen the McDonalds emblem immediately above me at the top of the stairs of the underground. Once realised it is a brief 2 minute walk up the street as indicated and you are there. So just a little clariication would make it all easier. So just add in 'take the left exit and at the top of the stairs look around to see the McDonald's emblem above you ...'.
