    Ruime & rustige kamer met veel extra's (plattegronden, boek over Manchester, koffie/thee/chocolade en zelfs koekjes, TV). Supermarkten en broodjeszaken om de hoek. Station ManU op loopafstand, evenals de tramhalte.

    Omgeving van het hotel deprimerend. Ontbijt niet inbegrepen en daardoor een troosteloze lege zaal met uitdrogende etenswaren.

    "Ihave stayed in your Hotel before and found it excellemt for a short stay in Manchester. very close to the Metro, Trafford Centre, Manchester United stadium, and close enough to the Airport. For the charge per room it is an excellent Hotel and I would recommend it to any of my friends who wished to visit Manchester." (108320396)

    Hotel is very near to where my son works and to his apartment. As a season ticket holder for Man U it is also convenient. Very friendly staff. Rooms clean and adequate.Very good value per room. Enjoyed the breakfast also at a reasonable cost. Chap at the breakfast always has a friendly attitude and is such a pleasant person.

    Our room ..12A was excelent except for a continuous annoying noise all night. Sounded like a pump or a drying machine. Difficult to sleep when this noise.

    "The room was on the first floor, overlooking the back of the hotel, which could do woth tidying up a bit. I was pleased to see that there was a kettle, tea-bags coffee and even biscuits provided. The TV had good reception and the bedding was clean, although the mattress on the bed was a tad lumpy. Shampoo and soap were provided in the bathroom, along with plenty of clean, white towels but the shower was a bit the worst for wear, had little power and it was also difficult to regulate the heat setting. Some of the floor tiles were loose too." (108762087)

    Friendly efficiant staff, nothing was too much trouble.

    Quite old fashioned and a bit shabby in places. Could do with updating.

    Staff friendly and helpful.Close to stadium for match,easy walking distance.

    Hotel only served continental breakfast,bar didn't open to 10pm.Sitting area downstairs was dark and uninviting.Room door was hard to lock,and even then didn't seem secure.

    Pleasant greeting from reception, good parking facilities.

    Room 16. Badly cracked tiles on bathroom floor resulting in slice to botton of foot. Double bed could feel every spring, so tried single bed which was creaky and unuseable as springing completely worn out. The double bed had a torn top[ sheet. The shower head would not stay in place, making it impossible to use properly. The towel rail was unheated, cold dampish towels. The curtains were very dodgy to close, and the hook-backs on the wall were falling off. The door lock was very temperamental and difficult to use. Room 22, the toilet pan was not affixed to the floor.

    It was our first time to Manchester and the Receptionist at the Trafford Hall Hotel was very helpful. We took our Mum who unfortunatly was unwell after the journey as she is disabled. So the receptionist changed our room to one on the ground floor to make it easier for her. This was very much appreciated by the whole family. She was also very helpful with information and local services around the hotel.

    Staff were very helpful and friendly really comfortable beds

    The tv didn't work in the room and the shower wasn't very good no water came out of the shower. The bathroom door didn't lock either and the bathroom door was dirty.

    "Overall this was a great place to stay despite the tv not working and the room being dated with cracked tiles I would recommend this place as you can not beat cleanliness and helpful staff." (108940997)

    Very clean and tidy, the bed linen was like new, really clean and crisp, friendly and helpful staff. Very close to the Metro link, and had good car parking.

    The room was a little bit dated, and the tv couldn't receive a good reception. Cracked floor tiles in the bathroom.

    check in staff friendly and helpfull. Bar staff good fun polite and proffesional Beds were clean.

    shower couldnt be regulated too hot, then no water at all had to rinse myself and hair in cold water. room smelt damp ande as iam diabetic no sweeteners in the complimentary coffe etc. Was expecting to get up in the morning and have a full English before traveling back to north east but that wasnt available either.

    As it was only one night and we were in manchester for a funeral we had other things in out minds, however all staff were very friendly.

    There were no list of internal numbers for the hotel, e.g to contact the reception. In the my friend had her shower fine. when I got in the water was very hot and was difficut to control. I then decided to use the bath and there was not hot water. I eventually had a wash in two inches of water. I did complain to reception she was very nice and gave us free breakfast. As much as I appreciate it I would have rather a shower.

    value for money, nice feel for hotel, staff excelent, very warm welcome

    room only had 1 small heater, for 2 people staying needed some towels. tv could not tune in properly.

    noise from rooms above =noise from electric fan or cooler outside my window=shower not working properly=tv control broken and had to get up to change volume or channels=no double glazing to stop outside noise and more

    "During the early hours of the morning of our stay I came down with a nasty tummy bug. Around 11am I called the front desk to ask if I could stay in the room for the day to sleep off the illness, but unfortunalty they were fully booked. However, they kindly allowed me extra time to check out, and also were very helpful and understanding of my needs. The printed out 2 maps of local pharmicies (I didn't know my way around Manchester) to assit in me getting the medicines I needed. They were super and I will definitly stay there again when travelling to Manchester." (107729768)
