    "I will try it again but I still have the heating to think about. The one plug socket I can live with. I dont know this area but it was dark all around and security as we all know has got to be on our list at all times. the food was good but apart from me and one other person (male) the restaraunt was empty? again it was not warm; glad to say the pub was only 50 yards away, with a good pint and warm with people to talk to. I will give it another go soon.I use 2 or 3 hotels per week so one night will not hurt and the price was just OK. " (108340550)

    Pub on door step 50 yards away. lots of room to park.

    Not easy to find. The heating system in the room is not good enough, how will it cope in winter? The door did not feel secure and went right out onto the back area of the hotel? This is not good for girls on there own. Only one plug socket.

    Comfy beds.

    One plug in the room no where for phones laptops to be charged! Took the lady while checking out 20 mins to take the payment and produce a VAT bill.

    the kettle and tv worked.

    room stank of smoke, when we got there somebodys elses belongings where still in the room we were allocated.And had to wait in reception until they could be removed.

    "I would consider this a motel rather than a hotel.Staff were excellent.Food was very good.Chef at first dinner was exceptionally helpful.Cleanliness was next to godliness." (107488809)

    Staff are very good at their jobs.Every thing in the room was kept absolutely clean.

    En-suite door would not close.Aeroplanes on Sunday night seemed incessant.Some imagination needed in better decor.Additional sockets are needed.

    "Good. Would use again for a solo business trip. The only reason I'm not using this hotel again next week is a business colleague will be staying in Liverpool so I have picked a hotel there in order to talk business over dinner in the evenings" (107559699)

    Proximity to travel links but still quiet. Good facilities for price.

    One of the wall lamps was loose. Didn't report it as wasn't a problem for me, and I had to leave at 5:30 for work so there was no-one at reception. By the time I came back to check out I had forgotten.

    Customer service

    No powerpoints in rooms, for the use of laptops and phone facilities. No real healthy options for Breakfast, i.e. Porridge, Fresh fruit.

    clean, good facilities, including free car-parking, central location all representing good value for money.

    staff pleasant & efficient but when a member of staff is dealing with a client they should never, in any circumstances, allow a ringing telephone to interrupt the transaction. This happened to us & it is poor customer service for which there is no excuse.

    The hotel does have evening meals available unlike many other limited facility hotels

    The rooms are smaller than other limited facility hotels and it is a motel style hotel with poor access to the first floor. It is also on the flight path of Liverpool John Lennon Airport which can be noisy early in the morning

    Excellent location, nice friendly staff, reasonably priced, pub next door.

    Only thing no plug points - couldn't straighten hair....

    "The check-in is in the restaurant, it was 9.00pm and there were 3 staff behind the counter, although only one appeared to be working. The other two probably covered the restaurant but there weren't any customers at the time. I have stayed in Campanile hotels in France and knew what to expect and was not surprised. I would recommend the hotel for a stop-over, but no more than that." (97365334)

    The hotel was well located and the bed was comfortable. It was fine for a stop-over on the way to Liverpool Airport, but I used the room for less than 8 hours in total.

    The room condition was adequate but the bathroom was a little sad and needed freshening up.
