    "Excellent - loved the fantastic links to centre of London and the easy access to Wembley Stadium." (107515280)

    The location was excellent and fantastic links to the centre of London. Even though I was a lone traveller. Harrow was a lovely place and everybody seemed really friendly and it was so easy to get to Wembley Stadium and centre of London.

    Bedroom was clean and tidy

    Ordered a smoking room - none left at checkin 24/7 room service but no hot food as chef was off. 1 hour to get a sandwich TV was broken Ordered a newspaper to read in the morning. Was given it at checkout.

    "would definitely use the hotel again when going to a concert at wembley as it has an excellent location and it was perfect for what we needed. Staff brilliant but would go out to one of the cafes to get breakfast next time. " (107303105)

    The room was large, clean and the shower was brilliant.

    The breakfast was not brilliant and certainly not worth the £10 charge.

    The Tube station is not immediately reachable and the area of London is quite far from the Centre.

    Friendliness of staff. Clean

    Layout. If weather was bad would not be very comfortable to go outside to accomodation. Internet did not show this side of the hotel. Needs alot of refurbishing.

    Location was a minute from my seminar...but the biggest plus was a hotel with smoking rooms!!!!!!

    The condition of the hotel was really poor. The room was the most old fashioned I have stayed in. The floor boards creeked so it was hard to get a good night's sleep.

    "If I had stayed at that particular hotel for more than one night I would have been driven insane, for the amount of money charged for my stay i would have thought that the hotel management would have at least put some effort into providing a reasonably clean and well maintained room. I really was not happy with my stay even though the staff where quite helpfull and pleasant." (107581789)

    room was appauling,in the bathroom for instance part of the bath tub was falling apart, bathroom floor was poorly covered with vinyl, in the room a piece of carpet was glued to one of the tables, the room stank of something stale, and was poorly painted,

    near to the station and hospital I was attending course in

    tiny room, no vending machine available (I checked in after midnight), shabby hotel, i would dread to think what the fire escape route would be it was like a maze, I forgot my alarm clock I asked for a wake up call but didnt get it!!

    staff not very approachable. unclear on directions through hotel to room. our room was near an entrance door which did not have a quiet closer on

    The rooms were warm & stuffy, the beds hard. The 24hr bar was a nightmare. The person on duty showed little or no customer service in fact ripped us off for £23 for 4 drinks. Appeared iritated discpite the bar area being full did not want to serve anyone. One of our party filled ii the room questionair though doubtful any action will be taken.

    It was convenient for Northwick Park Hospital

    Room very small, bathroom even smaller, shower did not function correctly. Food was very poor and the hotel aws generally shabby

    "I would like to have known that the bulk of the accommodation was not in the main body of the hotel. I did not like having to walk out the back to my room, up a dirty stairwell into a dirty room,it reeked of smoke and the bedspreads and carpets were dirty. Having asked for another room we were given a very nice room, there was no comaprison, but I feel we should not have had to ask for a better room, they should all be of the same standard. The staff were excellent and handled the situation very professionally." (97060502)

    the convenience of being near a tube station.

    The initial room we were given was absolutely dreadful, it reeked of smoke and the bedspreads and carpets were dirty.

    Centrally located for my business

    The attached restaraunt is a local indian, hence the smell within the hotel. in fairness we did eat in the hotel due to time constraints and whislt we did not have indian food, the food was quite good.

    "My room was tiny, the sheets had sweaty sh*t stains on them, with the bed being made, the blanket was filthy, and the wall was shaking by the gent's snoring in the room next to me. I had to go and demand clean sheets which i then put on myself. however cheap a hotel is, you expect clean sheets!!" (97132128)

    It's location, near to where i had to be early the following morning.
