    Good location, easy to find. Room good size and good view over quays.

    Only one person on check in and massive queue. No rooms available so had to wait until after 2.00 pm to check in. Breakfast in the morning was a bit manic - so many people trying to get in a very small room.

    quality of rooms good,you always know what your room will be like

    rooms and corridors extremely hot,although we turned down the heating to its lowest,this seemed to make little difference.Other hotel guests very noisy. Room situated at the front of the hotel,near a busy road,so traffic noise could be heard.Our room next to corridor exit door which banged every time someone went through it.

    Nice &convenient location

    1.Room was right above reception/front entrance and we were constanlty woken up throughout both nights by late night revellers. 2. Room was too hot &no air conditioning. 3. Self service machine for toast at breakfast did not work properly.

    organization of staff, especially at the bar, was abysmal. Hotel was packed, full largely of people attending a huge concert at LCC, and yet the bar was out of change in the early evening, lines were huge, ran out of beer early, etc. Absolutely no planning or preparation for the event. Ridiculous.

    Booked as a family, had to make sons bed, no sheets, pillows, douvet dirty, no douvet cover etc. 3 people 2 towels.Very disapointing. Price of room was expensive compared to a couple of years ago

    Location, for Man United ground although it is a good 20 minutes walk, because of the canals. An extra pedetrian bridge would be handy. but good location for Losery etc, ad close to the tram station.

    The sign was not lit up properly when we arrived at night. So struggled to find the hotel from the tram staion at Salford Quays. Breakfast situation is a bit basic. No mikd for tea and coffee in the room.
