    "would stay again if parking was better monitored lack of staff and service at the bar, when the hotel was full. insufficient lounge area when hotel was suddenly populated by guests who had attended a concert near by" (107709384)

    ideal location for venue visiting easy to find good surroundings comfortable rooms

    hotel allowed light goods vehicles to use car park. even though we know our car was left at owners risk, several cars were damaged on site due to comercial vans

    friendly helpful staff, easy layout of room and pleasent views over the waterfront.

    the main bad point is the excessive prices for drinks. A few friends had arranged to meet us there but felt they couldn't really relax due to keeping a tight watch on what they spent.

    Hotel was obviously new with all facilities in good order. Location was excellent, just five minutes from the Lowry.

    Breakfast time was very busy and we could not find a table - ended up sitting at low coffee table which was not ideal for eating. Breakfast was all carbohydrates - need some cold meat for example or boiled eggs perhaps to give a better balance. Otherwise very good. No bath in room - only shower, which was OK except the shower was not very powerful.

    Lovely setting, clean,pleasant and polite staff

    Rotton shower with no pressure, confusion over credit card payment (despite faxes, confirmation by e mail and phone tried to charge room to personal card rather than business)

    Good location, easy to find. Room good size and good view over quays.

    Only one person on check in and massive queue. No rooms available so had to wait until after 2.00 pm to check in. Breakfast in the morning was a bit manic - so many people trying to get in a very small room.

    quality of rooms good,you always know what your room will be like

    rooms and corridors extremely hot,although we turned down the heating to its lowest,this seemed to make little difference.Other hotel guests very noisy. Room situated at the front of the hotel,near a busy road,so traffic noise could be heard.Our room next to corridor exit door which banged every time someone went through it.

    clean, orderly

    organization of staff, especially at the bar, was abysmal. Hotel was packed, full largely of people attending a huge concert at LCC, and yet the bar was out of change in the early evening, lines were huge, ran out of beer early, etc. Absolutely no planning or preparation for the event. Ridiculous.
