All staff, reception, bar staff and at breakfast were polite, helpful, friendly, cheerful and very welcoming. Lovely, clean, comfortable room with lovely view over the canal. Excellent.

Decor and overall standard of hotel was far superior to what I expected. Will definately try to book a Premier Inn again. The breakfast was lovely. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Also noted the extra safety precautions they take for female guests when cheking in.
Would be hard pushed to find any - if I had to be picky then it would be that the bath towels smelt slightly strange and SKY TV would of been an added bonus.

we had two children and the third bed was a mattress on the floor of our room which was not very comfy

We were staying as we were at a Take That concert, very impressed with being able to order a pizza on our return - excelleont idea and very nice. Room lovely and clean, comfortable bed and friendly staff.

Breakfast was lovely and as much as you could eat. Decor is nice and facilties in room are good.
Lift was out of order, no room service and no complementary biscuits in room.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpfull from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. The cleaner always made an effort to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay.
No bad points to mention.

Reception staff were excellent- nothing was too much trouble. Lady in charge of meeting rooms was pleasant and efficient.
My PA had some difficulty booking a meeting room although booking my overnight accomadation was no problem

Standard of room furnishings were excellent. The size of TV also v good as they are normally tiny little things stuck high up on the wall!!The restaurant food was excellent.
When we tried to book for a further stay in the following week I had to repeat everything I had originally sent like addresses, telephone numbers etc etc. - surely this information can be found from your existing computer records.

Informatieverstrekking vanuit hotel was minimaal. We kwamen voor een voetbalwedstrijd maar er bleek dat hele weekend feest te zijn in die stad. Had fijn geweest wanneer dat even vermeld was. Ik zocht een bank, word ik door iemand van het personeel met een taxi naar een winkelcentrum gestuurd bleek daar helemaal geen bank te zijn!! Het was vrijdagmiddag, de banken gingen sluiten en mijn bankpas deed het niet!! Andere bank zoeken ging dus niet meer en het kostte me aardig wat taxikosten (v.v.) !!
