    This hotel is well situated and it is very easy to go in the "real" Center of Madrid!

    "Would recommend to anyone traveling to Madrid, budget traveler or not" (107994129)

    Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They spoke English fluently and were very knowledgeable in explaining the orientation of the city and suggesting walks that cover the main attractions. Room and bathroom were both extremely clean and interior design was interesting and modern.

    El hostal esta bien ubicado en el centro de Madrid.

    Durante la noche era un poco dificil poder dormir, porque habia mucho ruido.

    "I will definitely recommend this to friends. A really good place to stay - right next to the Metro and a short walk to Sol. We loved it." (108557929)

    Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were decorated well and in a very modern style. There were little touches like having a treat left on your pillow each day by housekeeping. Breakfast was simple, but delicious and served in bed!

    Cozy hotel with comfortable rooms for great prices. Staff are friendly, helpful and speak English.

    A little hard to find at first since it is on the fifth floor of an apartment building-- hence Flat5, but not much else.

    staff were pleasant and had good english Overall cleanliness was good

    The room was extremely small and had a TINY window. Breakfast had to be eaten in bed...there was nowhere else to sit. The sheets on the bed were of very poor quality, quite grubby looking and were not changed in the 5 nights we were there.

    Cool room, free wifi, great location.

    Water pump occasionally made noise, startling us. Very minor issue, however.

    - friendly, helpful staff - pretty new - great location - nice atmosphere - good value for money - nice rooms

    - SMALL rooms - small bathrooms (really bad) - a bit to loud

    accueil des personnes travaillant a l'hotel,souriantes, discretes et pleines de bons plans pour les visites et les sorties.chambres joliment décorées,colorées,avec la climatisation,faites tous les matins avec des bonbons déposés sur le lit.salle de bain sympa et propre,impression de se sentir comme chez soi

    les serviettes de bain ne sont malheureusement pas changees.(meme pour une période de 5 jours...).chambres tres mal insonorisees, impression d'entendre trop les voisins
