    hôtel bien situé dans un quartier calme bon accueil

    un peu cher photos du site et de la pub un peu exagérées, les chambres ne sont pas si belles!!! le samedi soir il y a des mariages et c'est donc un peu bruyant

    "on the surface the Hotel looks like somewhere you would want to stay, with a very good Reception, and staff to match. unfortunatly that is where our expectations ended and the servise felt more like a Budget Hotel with no price to match." (108201587)

    Reception staff good and made us welcome, and when we checked out they continued to be very helpfull.

    The Bed was made with lots of single sheets which made it uncomfortable to sleep in. The shower kept going from scoulding hot too very cold, which I feel is in Breach of Health and Safty Regulations. The Staff at Breakfast looked like they would rather not be there, with an attitude to match. Some of our breakfast was cold, we had to find our own chair and some cuttlery. when we went to refill our coffee they cleared our table. on the whole not the experance we have ever had or wish to have again.

    "Inadequate parking and needs desperate attention to windows and doors! parking was nightmare I arrived late at night and was told to park round the corner in unknown area - as lone woman business woman I did not appreciate this" (108940111)

    The receptionist was really helpfully scrambled egg was delicious!

    I had to be moved three times as the windows did not shut in two rooms I finally settled to a room that had a window that shut and when went to lock door it did not lock! I could not be bothered to change again!

    "The staff at this hotel are excellent. Very efficient, friendly and helpful. The accommodation was outstanding and I would have loved to stay for longer. I didn't eat there so am unable to comment on the standard of the food etc." (107628287)

    Excellent staff and accommodation.

    Little difficult to park but it was a Saturday lunch time and the roads in the surrounding area are very busy.

    The staff were friendly and helpful and the room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfasts were very nice

    The room was very small. There were no lifts in the hotel. I ordered room service 2 nights and the second night the dinner was barely edible. You could barely open the window and the room got very stuffy as it was very small. There was inadequate storage space

    Reception looked very pleasant and room was nice clean and contempory in decor.

    Reception was not aware the room had been pre-paid. There was no hair dryer in the room, no room service available and the shower did not work. I had to have a bath and the water was not hot.

    Friendly welcome and cleanliness of rooms. The location was very convenient for our purpose in travelling down from the North of England to visit friends after Christmas.

    The shower units in both rooms were not very user-friendly, resulting in standing part of the time inescapably under cold water! Being an old building with odd steps up and down along corridors and no lifts, it was not very accessible for our partially sighted elderly friend, who occupied a room on the first floor.

    The hotel and room were very clean. The food was very good.

    I was not impressed by the attitude of some of the staff who I found to be disinterested, bored and really quite unhelpful. I would not want to stay at this hotel again and would rather stay at the Peel Park lodge than stay there. Additionally, the hotel is completely over-priced in comparison to the facitlites and the quality of staff. How can you justify charging £6.50 for a bottle of Magners cider? It's outragious.

    Helpful, friendly staff, nice reception and atmosphere, spotless room.

    Tired looking hallways, tiny rooms and some of the lights didn't work. But no tea and coffee making facilities in room is not on at this price point - come on this is basic stuff.

    "We had a pleasant stay and as the hotel is situated in a residential area, it was quiet. " (97470384)

    The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The en-suite and room very clean and the bed comfortable. The choice for breakfast was good as was the food. The car parking facility was also appreciated.

    The room was slightly smaller than we would have liked and an air conditioning option in the room would have been appreciated.

    Nice clean reception, restaurant and bar, The room was nice and comfortable, nice clean bathroom

    No tea or coffee making facilities, loo a little cramped for someone over 6 foot tall. There was building work going on so the hallways were not clean and there was plastic sheeting everywhere and banging (albeit after 9.am) And no one had mentioned the building work.

    "I found the staff friendly at reception though it seemed the gentleman who was dealing with us was not sure of the procedure. The hotel was clean and fresh, I noticed no lift but maybe there was one. The sushi bar staff were lovely and we had a discount for there and they were delighted we used it. Overall we would stay in this hotel again. The hotel location is very central." (97499922)

    "The pseudo "boutique hotel" finish has been badly done on the cheap. Parts of the hotel are completely unrenovated and resemble a low rent boading house. Very disappointing compared to the image projected on the web site." (97767439)

    Convenient location. House keeper was helpful when we complained about the room.

    Hotel was not as it appears on web site - many areas were delapidated with cheap 1970's finish in poor state of repair. Intially we were given a VERY small twin roon (had booked a double)- after complaining we were offered a VERY small double room. Recepionist was unfriendly and cold.

    Small room, had to request an alternative room due to road noise and poor quality. Second room newly refurbished and much better quality

    Nice size room

    Not well cleaned, no fridge in room, toilet did not flush properly.Taps stiff and difficult to use.Girl at reception rude and unfriendly.

    "Service was good, but although there appears to have been some money spent on the hotel to make its feel appear more modern and up-to-date, the finish was lacking. the corridors smelt damp and the carpets were bumpy where they didn't fit. The finishing on the paintwork was slapdash. The bed was comfy and clean, but I don't think it was worth the money I paid.." (97912191)

    The style of the hotel. The reception area and first impression was good

    The carpets in the corridor and room didn't fit properly. The shower was cold in the evening and the following morning. There was no room service for food. The sushi 101 restaurant was a nice feature, but this limits the choice of food/cuisine and is a niche cuisine.

    L'hôtel est confortable situé dans un beau quartier

    Facture plus chère qu'à la réservation. Nous voulions un lit supplémentaire il a été impossible de l'avoir. Hôte d'accueil n'est pas aimabke et ne cherche pas à se faire comprendre ni à comprendre notre problème. Pas de traduction des menus, ni des règles de sécurité. Prestation chère par rapport au service rendu. Même pas de parking ni de plan de la ville etc....
