    Booked a Club Room costing £85.00 and was allocated a Standard Double Room, they did not tell us we were getting a standard room and it was only when I questioned the room after walking through several corridors, with stairs going up and from level to level, with a young baby and pram that they told us that it was just a standard room and that they had no more rooms left.

    Restuarant staff were very pleasant and chatty. They interacted well with my daughter and provided a chair for her teddy!

    Rooms are well appointed and nicely furnished. Bed very comfortable!

    TV had a black and white picture, therefore I had to change rooms. Shower took a while to warm up and water pressure not good.

    close to airport

    tv mounted on wall so it couldnt be seen from bed. desk chair so low that it was uncomf to sit and work view into machine hvac area - nice

    Great location, friendly staff - good facilities at the hotel, restaurant was nice, good value.

    Room was quite small, and cold, seemed to be quite a wind blowing in the corridor outside the room I was in. And there was some wind coming in from the windows in my room.

    Fanatastic dinner and breakfast, excellent location for visiting Glasgow, Very nice leisure club with helpful friendly staff.

    We had to check out!!!! Could be more info about what goes on in the hotel, leisure club, times of breakfast etc in the room.

    everything in the hotel was really good,the room,service,and the spa was excellent.

    the only disapointing part was the gym,not much equipment,and it was well out of date.

    Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and showers/changing was clean and well kept. My daughter left her nintendo game in the room and staff retrieved and posted it to us - excellent!

    Hotel busy with functions and our meal in the bar was therefore uncomfortable. Breakfast room was untidy and needed a good clean, alos felt a bit hemmed in. Room was clean but bathroom needed a bit of attention. Lots of stairs and no lift. Noisy due to volume of guests. Jacuzzi wasn't working.

    The room had not been cleaned from the previous guests and we had to call reception who had someone clean it for us. Overall not a very good experience at all to be fair and honest.

    Nice hotel,perfectly situated for travel facilities, Leisure and retail. Good leisure pool and gym.Great selection of food on offer at breakfast.

    Breakfast room was a bit chaotic.

    The glass walled bathroom needs more privacy. Too much noise from music and people outside at night both of which caused disrupted sleep.

    Overall ambience good Leisure club & pool excellent Breakfast excellent

    I and 11 friends booked the hotel's "Gourmet Restaurant", only to be served outside the restaurant, in a "passageway" next to a lift due to a Wedding Party. Food good - location & atmosphere noisy, awful. Wedding guests intrusive. Very poor indeed. The restaurant should have been deemed as CLOSED for Private Function, so that we could have booked a restaurant.

    Nice room - clean, tidy and good facilities

    Breakfast was not good. Large buffet - a bit of a cattle market. Getting a cup of coffee was a challenge. Cleanliness of room was poor - food on floor under the tables etc

    High quality room. Excellent condition and value for the price. Modern and well kept. We had an early plane to catch and had the free continental breakfast delivered to our room early for a nominal cost. That was excellent service. That convenience makes it a recommended stopover location for catching early planes!

    We eat in the hotel pub. We ordered 4 dishes - 1 was very tasty, 1 was 'ok', and 1 was tasteless and 1 was bad (the fish and chips are not to be recommended.) The front doors were very heavy and kind of dangerous...they don't stay open and it's hard to manage luggage through. I got my finger caught (and smashed) between the 2 swinging doors. Just be aware.

    no hotel transfer transport to/from airport, although local taxi was arranged by staff. no breakfast served until 0700 in main dining and then being charged a service fee of £3 for a continental breakfast- only alternative on an early flight departure, when bed and breakfast was the rate.

    Location: it was very close (<1 mile) to the M8, and also close (<5 minutes) to Glasgow airport.

    Difficulty in finding a parking spot, in particular at the south end of the hotel. When you get to the south end, and find there is no spot to park, it is a bit difficult to turn around and get out, expecially if you are in a bigger vehicle.

    "Everything about the stay was excellent. The only down thing was the long wait for a table for 8 in the carvery. We asked about it at 7.30 pm and ended up getting served at 10 pm.     "Great value, made even better by good food and great service from polite and friendly staff - we would certainly consider staying again (but not for £100 a night). only 10 mins from the SEC (where we were visiting) and the same to Glasgow City Centre and less to Glasgow Airport this hotel is in a great location for visiting most places in and around Glasgow."     The room was in the old part of the hotel (but for £50 what do you expect!), but it was still clean, tidy and a decent size - with a bath and very nice power shower!. The staff on reception were extremely helpful providing advice and directions, booking a restaurant table for us and the taxi to get us there. The food was fantastic both at the restaurant and the breakfast which included almost everything you could think of for a breakfast!

    Active hotels booking system showed that all rooms had 'country views' - I assume that this is only the new rooms as ours looked back over the entrance to the hotel and the main road - again we didn't expect much more for the £50 a night that we paid - for a hotel with a pool, gym, suana etc a hotel bar and restaurant and a public bar attached to it and including a great breakfast - it was great value! The hotel is not in the greatest area, but outside of Glasgow centre itself, this is probably as good as it gets for some distance.
