    Bed comfortable and room quiet. Facilities good.

    First room given noisy due to air cond outside. 2nd room given to me on noisy floor with Italian students who ran around outside room until late into evening. Bread basket with food poor - only crisp bread and bread sticks. Breakfast unimpressive. I completed a feedback questionnaire at hotel

    Staff were pleasant

    Room looked shabby, bathroom was very small, decor needs updating. Only one hand towel & one bath towel in double room. Cracked mug at breakfast.

    Dinner disappointing, iced water tepid, Chablis unavailable, trout small and partly deboned, steak tough. Does the ventilator in the bathroom work? Public lounge busy and noisy, there is no quiet room for guests. Bedroom too hot

    lots of parking.

    My room (104) was very noisy due to the large unit (cooling / heating system) right outside the window. Checkout was slow even though there was only one person infront of me.

    Clean. Good location for what we wanted.

    Both lifts were out of order when we arrived . One remained so throughout the stay. Breakfast was chaotic. Replenishing the different items was not done quickly enough. The table was cleared while we were getting the next course and things we had not yet even started to eat were taken away. There are a lot of sirens outside throughout the night, so it wouldn't be good for someone who needed to sleep.

    "Bokked a double room for me and my partner but on arrival was allocated a twin room. When i complained to reception they weren't very helpful in sorting out my prob. Couldn't use shower because light socket in bathroom was hanging down from ceiling and exposing wires didn't want to get electricuted" (107514473)

    clean rooms, modern rooms - well equipped, good location, excellent choice at breakfast, helpful with booking taxis.

    check out extremely slow, only one member of staff on duty for a sunday morning! Staff could've provided more information regarding local bus routes. Room service menu very poor and slow to arrive - nearly an hour for a sandwich!

    very convenient for wembley. welcome and friendliness of receptionist on arrival. friendly and efficient barman on arrival, speedy service of both drinks and food. Overall helpfullness and fiendliness of all staff we came into contact with. Excellent air con, comfy beds and pillows and spotlessly clean.

    Room slightly on the small side. disappointed with late night food service. Barman did his best but after waiting over half an hour for snacks in what was very quiet bar area had to cancel order as too tired and hungry to wait any longer. lovely breakfast but again had to wait what seemed like an age till basics like bacon and eggs were replenished.

    Price

    On arrival lobby smelled like a public toilet. Rooms are very small - indeed pocky. No air conditioning and it was hot, only one towel in the bathroom, no facility to check in on line for flight without paying additional £5 to use in-room/TV internet - reception said they have no access to Internet but if I brought my boarding passes downloaded from the TV on a data stick they would print them - strangely I do not carry a data stick when I am away for the weekend! I stay regularly in hotels all over the world for leisure and business and it is VERY unusual now not to be able to do on line check in - free of charge. The beds are not very comfortable.

    Bastante buena la atención del servicio.

    Instalaciones viejas y descuidadas, además, encontré un escarabajo en la habitación. La puerta de la habitación, costaba de abrir.

    We booked the room in March as we where going to a concert at Wembley stadium on the 26th, I received a call from Florence (Ramada staff) on the 25th to say that there had been a flood and our room was cancelled but they would find us alternative accomodation, when they confirmed it was 11 miles away from where we where going I explained it was too far away (we wanted to be close to Wembley stadium) we where told to ring back in the morning, this was very stressfull as we actually set off without any accomodation confirmed, I was ringing myself for 2 hours plus to try and find accomodation local to the event. We did actually find some but they then refused to pay rthe difference in price and agreed we could then stop at the origional hotel, where incidently there was no sign whatsoever of a flood!!! the hotel was packed and im presuming it was overbooked. eitherway they spoilt the weekend for us which was something we had planned for over a year (it really did spoil the mood) so that was £160 well worth not spending!!

    Breakfast was excellent. Very polite staff, good location. Clean hotel.

    Every single time AND i mean every time we left our hotel room, our security card to re enter the hotel room never worked. Very same with our friends in the next room, and from talking to other guests this was a very common problem. We changed our card several times but problem was the same. We would come upstairs, not be able to get into our rooms, and back down again to reception. We must of repeated this process fifty times in our four night stay. Very same with our friends room next door. Very inconvenient...........

    Lifts in excellent condition and working order. Hotel not too full. Good parking arrangements. Bed comfortable, so good nights sleep.

    Noisy in the room because fan stayed on all night.

    The breakfast buffet service was quick.

    Entering the room is very tricky. The door knob was very hard to turn after inserting the key card and I struggled to get the door open. I gave up struggling and had to find a member of the hotel staff to open the door for me on several occasions during my stay. The restaurant dinner service was very poor. Main course arrived 1½ hours after it was ordered. Would stay at hotel again but probably won't use the restaurant service for dinner.

    Checking in and out was very efficient.Location.

    Having to pay to park at the bottom end of the hotel market i.e. Travelodge is accepted in order to keep costs down but not at this type of hotel, it should be included in the price. Service, quality of food and value for money in the dinning room for both breakfast and dinner was poor.At no stage during dinner did anybody ask if the meal was ok and if they had done they would have been told it was not. I had to find my own condiments, butter for my role and gave up trying to get anybodys attention. The menu wasn't complicated, the dinning room virtually empty but the time taken to be served was too long by far.

    Comfortable room. Quiet. Excellent breakfast. Good parking facilities. The Underground is conveniently close.

    Frustratingly tricky door lock, operated by card. It was always a struggle to open the door from the outside. The lighting controls in the room were far from obvious. Needed considerable experimentation to discover how they functioned.

    Some friendly staff and clean well appointed room

    Towels were in a drawer, not in the bathroom. I didn't find them and had to use the bathmat as a towel. I was also assured by the receptionist that my car would be authorised to stay in the car park until the evening of the following day. When I returned to the hotel another receptionist told me this was not the case. I had to pay a supplementary parking fee (although the receptionist did give me a discount as I had been a guest at the hotel).

    Food was excellent and service in the restaurant was greatly imporved from my last stay

    Check in was understaffed on arrival and took far too long. Bill was incorrect as I had been charged for individual items on the television after purchasing the 24 hour package.

    Prompt check in and out. Plenty of car park space with CCTV cameras visible. Good standard of food. Underground station minutes away making an evening in town easy. No disturbance from noise of traffic or planes (our room was at the back of the hotel)

    I'd add the words "car park entrance in Creffield Rd" to the description of how to get there by car. No draught real ale.

    Hotel location, and room layout, ie plugs near the bed and friendly staff.

    15 mins checkin only one girl on and she was answering the phones aswell. Waited 30 mins for starter in the restaurant when they only had 2 other guests in there, then waited a further 20 mins between starter and mains, the rice serve with the mains was inedible as it had be microwaved (i think?) until it had become a rock solid mass. 2nd night I ordered chips as a side dish to my lasange mains and had to wait 15 mins for the chips to arrive after my lasange, so they became dessert!!

    The hotel was nice and clean. Most of the staff were very polite and the hotel itself was well placed for shops etc.

    The rooms were not ready for check in. My room was only 15 minutes late but my aunt who is blind and partly disabled had to wait over 2 hours for her room. Also at the end of our night out we went to the bar for drinks back at the hotel and our round came to £63. When we queried this we were told it was £6.50 for a vodka before the mixer, so take a drink to keep in your room if you like a nightcap as this was horrendous. Also my husband got a burger and a pint for him and his father and this cost £36.

    very clean, comfortable

    took me 20 mins' to check in, only one girl on reception who had a problem with someone checking out, this ended with several people waiting for reception behind me. She didnt even try to get some assitance from anyone else, nor did she seem at all concerned that people were now forming a queue. I neede to be at a venue for 8pm. I was told it took a cab about 10 mins' to be at the hotel from intitial booking. I booked a cab with reception at 7-30 pm, it arrived, at 8-05 after several phone calls from reception. I asked for the manager and suggested that they use a more reliable service and have more than one company at the hotels disposal I came down to check out the next morning, to find a charge of £4-50 added to my bill, for parking my car. I refused to pay. There was no indication at the point of booking that a car park levy would be added. I think it an outrage that a hotel charges its customers to park their cars. I shop at my local Sainsburys supermarket and have to pay to park my car, however, this is refunded at checkout, why? Because Sainsburys are grateful for my custom and want me to carry on shopping with them! A point to note I would suggest! Would I stay at the hotel again? Not if I have to pay to park my car.!!
