    "Excellent although room was small." (108280566)

    The staff were excellent as I had originally booked for two nights but my husband had a heart attack the day before we were due to arrive. The hotel did not charge for the night I cancelled. We were due to be in London for my daughauters wedding and I arrived at 10.00 on the saturday and the room was ready for me. They were all very helpful.

    "I would definitely stay again. I think some of the rooms could be very noisey (on the front) as the hotel is in a very busy place with a lot of traffic. Great location. Near buses and Sloane Square tube." (108418597)

    staff helpful and attentive. A couple of minor problems raised were dealt with promptly and we were given a bottle of red wine to make up. Chelsea bar and brasserie downstairs was very good.

    nothing really. Air con was a bit difficult to understand. Other minor probs with the room ( missing bulbs etc) were dealt with quickly. Bed was very comfortable and room clean.

    "hotel room was spacious,but I did nt bring my hairdryer or an iron ,thought they would have been supplied in room,(did nt wash my hair all weekend)!(partners shirts were creased)! good restaurant and bar attached had a couple of good nights , although room was very warm at night." (2286833)

    "Booked the hotel online and did not realise that we also had to book the car park therefore had to park car in Cadogen car park which was a little inconvenient - Sloane Square tube station was closed and staff were most helpful in helping us with buses etc - had to leave luggage at reception on last day and staff very helpful with this - breakfast was excellent - overall very pleased and would stay with you again" (2334647)

    "A comfortable hotel in a pleasant location. I had a single room which would probably have been a little small for an extended stay but was fine for the two nights I was there. Easy access to the tube and close to a few bars aswell as having it's own. Breakfast was good but costs extra." (2296581)

    "I like the situation of the hotel. V convenient access via tube to my business contacts Your receptionist (Kerry?) went out of her way to help me get connected to the web. although she was pleasant an helpful, I still ended up having to go and buy a cable. I think your staff should get a bit more sussed re the web I also think you charge far too much for me to call an 0845 no; it's obscene" (2305179)

    "Very good place to stay if you are attending a local event/business do due to its location. However, would not recommend it for a romantic getaway - despite it being the Sloane Square Hotel, it definitely gives itself away as being a Moathouse hotel." (2247666)

    The location is superb for those interested in staying in Chelsea/Fulham/Parsons Green area.

    Rooms very small and no aircon, and very noisy.

    "We booked a non-smoking room and did not get one. The room was fine, but I would recommend that you call ahead to ensure that you get allocated a non-smoking room. This worked out okay but some smoking rooms are terrible. Is there any relief for a non-smoker in Britain?" (2443838)

    "We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location. We would have gone somewhere else for breakfast if we had realised how expensive it would have been.Overpriced even for a London hotel.     Very convenient location. Good view from our room overlooking Sloane Square. Hotel and room nice and clean

    Air conditioning & a little re decoration here and there, nothing major. Lifts would be too small if you had a lot of luggage or pushchair with children.

    very good location, and excellent to have a car park available. Friendly staff.

    General decor could do with improving, our room as rather tatty (chipped paint, peeling wallapaper etc) and the AC wasn't working so that needs to be fixed.

    "The Slone Square Hotel offers a comfortable base in the heart of London. A stone throw away from Hyde park, Buckingham palace and some serious designer shops. Slone Square tube station makes travel around the city convinient and easy. The staff are welcoming and considerate. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others."     The location is outstanding, right next to public transport, theater, restaurants, etc. The staff is very professional, friendly and extremely helpful.
