    "Comfortable and convenient stay" (108996775)

    Free wifi really useful. Good to have a tv in reception/cafe area. Staff helpful and taxi service good.

    No telephone in room so had to go down two floors to make requests to reception

    We arrived about 3 hours before the 2.30 check in time and as the rooms were ready we were allowed 2 check in, which was really helpfull - Thank you once again

    The room was lovely and spacious enough for three adults - the shower was great

    Our room was directly on to a busy main road so could of probably benefit from a triple glaze window !! But we managed to sleep through the traffic so it didn't affect us too much.

    Clean and tidy room Plenty of hanging space for clothes Shower powerful and hot Bathroom spotless Staff friendly and helpful

    The bed was extremely uncomfortable! Some difficulty understanding the receptionist who checked us in.

    "Ideally situated for my purposes, i.e. visiting MEN Arena. Although the room was mainly clean, there were cobwebs on the ceiling, which spoilt the overall impression of cleanliness of the room. The bed sheets had holes, which is not particularly impressive. It's a personal preference I'm sure, but I didn't like the bed cover; it tended to slip off during the night, which caused me to wake up cold. My wife found the same problem with the bed cover."     "The hotel was close to the facilities in Manchester that we were using, but the room was a little disappointing compared to rooms we have had in other hotels for a cheaper price." (107844622)

    The staff were very friendly and efficient. The car park was handy too.

    The rooms were very small, they were clean but rather worn and tired. The outside of the hotel looked quite presentable, as did reception, but we were a bit disappointed with the rooms.

    La calle para ir hacia el centro es muy sola.

    The staff was very well helpful and the room very clean and tidy!

    Not much of a selection for breakfast, no refrigerator in the room, and not dvd player connection on television.

    Cheerful staff, Good breakfast.

    Waste pipe from wash hand basin blocked and did not drain properly. Booking online did not permit me to book as a single visitor. (to the surprise of the otherwise very friendly staff who thought that they were expecting two visitors.) Disappointing supper meal. Menu items (or part menu items) not available and too much use made I think of microwave.

    Location was good and the lady who checked me inn was nice and polite.

    Wi-Fi wasnt working, i asked a member of staff and was inpolite and said arogantly ' What you want to go on the internet for at this time anyway' My bed sheets had yellow stains all over them which I was very upset about.

    "Despite the above minor issues i was fully satisfied with my stay." (107291473)

    In room T.V had poor signal on some of the channels. When payment was taken from my debit card, the reception took my card out of my view as his dek is much lower than the counter. I do not think anything suspicious occured at all, but would recommend that thi process is conducted on the main counter in front of the customer. I personnally feel uneasy about my card leaving my sight.

    Staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

    Disturbed in the night by drunk and noisy guests in the corridor but staff dealt with the problem.

    Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room. Good location for the city centre and trains.

    New staff gave us our room key without asking for ID, on our return in the evening.

    Friendly and polite staff, room was very clean and secure with ample facilities. Wireless network within hotel was also a very welcome extra.

    No bad points to speak of, only unsatisfactory point if any, was only one pillow for myself and my wife on the bed, with only one other spare. Also we were unable to locate any sky television channels.

    Easy access for concert and town centre to shop - all with in walking distance ( 10 minuites )

    Although extreamly clean and functional the bathroom was very small

    Cleanliness and position of hotel near main road and concert venue we were visiting

    Room was cold due to ill fitting window - very drafty also heater when on had very little thermostatic control so room got too hot.

    "I do not feel that some of the previous reviews are fair about this hotel. Yes the hotel rooms are small and the shower and toilet area is very small however the room was clean and for £60 per night what do people expect. It was very accessible to the town and the MEN Arena with free parking on site. It was suitable for a short stay and would use again." (97241747)
