    Great friendly owners. Very helpul courteous and caring --giving me a call on the mobile to check arrival and to give helpfull advice was a great personal touch. Location very handy for theatres.

    Couldn't fault the service in any way, welcoming, clean, excellent breakfast,etc. Everything was excellent. Have already recommended it to a friend.

    The Late Deals website was hopeless. When I requested they resend my booking reference they denied all knowledge that I had used them. I wont be again or my contacts!

    "Stayed 1 night whilst visiting the theatre. Landlady spent time with us telling us the best restaurants and easy routes to where we needed to be. In all, we had an excellent experience at this guesthouse. It was clean, comfortable and facilities were excellent." (107220883)

    We both found the owners welcoming and friendly. Their knowledge of local facilities was good too. The accommodation was clean, and in good state of repair and the breakfast was spot on. This is clearly a B&B which is run by people who take pride in providing a good service to their clients.

    I couldn't fault Arden Way B and B. It was spotlessly clean, the welcome I got was friendly and warm. The owner went out of her way to help with any enquiries I had and took an interest in my visit. The breakfast was also excellent. I certainly intend to return and would reccommend it to anyone. :o) 10/10 !!

    Very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, landlady was welcoming, friendly and helpful above and beyond what could reasonably be expected.

    Digital TV was not working properly and analogue TV was not tuned in, so I had to tune it in myself. But we didn't visit Stratford to watch TV, so this was not really much of an issue!

    Very clean and well maintained. Lovely welcome. Good breakfast. Charming couple, very anxious to please and very helpful re facilities in town.

    Room at front of house suffered from traffic noise - take earplugs if you are a light sleeper - the rest of the stay is worth it.

    This was an ideal place to stay for my adult daughter and myself after a visit to the theatre. I would highly recommend Arden Way guest house. I will be staying again if I visit the theatre in Stratford again,

    It was wonderful, clean and, with the full complimentary breakfast more than worth the price. Very centrally located, too. I would highly, highly recommend this B&B

    The only downside was that the shower didn't work properly: the temperature was totally eratic.

    Breakfast only served until 9am, even at weekends. Room could have done with a mirror - only one small one available in the bathroom.

    Location to Stratford town centre and the cleanliness and helpfulness of the couple who ran the guesthouse

    One of the other guests had been noisy on previous nights and feel that this should have been dealt with more promptly, rather than having a broken night's sleep!

    "We were made welcome as soon as we arrived. We had a phone call the night before to see what time we would be arriving so our room would be ready for us which we thought was very nice as we would be arriving early. mrs Hallworth was very infomative of the places to go to see and of local history. The breakfast was delicious and enough to sustain you until early afternoon. All in all a nice comefortable place to come back to at the end of the day." (97451001)
