    "Only stayed for one night, (perfectly situated for RAF Honnington) but the room size would have been OK for a longer stay. 2 coarse evening meal at 17.00 per person was very good value. We would have no hesitation staying here again, very good value at 35.00 per person B&B." (108707136)

    "We enjoyed our weekend, our family with a young toddler came to meet us there on the sunday and it was a great place to gather, there was a very relaxed atmosphere, sunday lunch was wonderful and later we sat in the garden. " (107957853)

    Very hospitable, staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was very clean and the food was lovely.

    "We have stayed at this hotel several times, but did not have the problems that we encountered this time. When I spoke to the hotel about the hairdryer problem I was told that they lost them all in the past,so are reluctant to provide them in the rooms again. Also some of the light bulbs needed replacing in the room.Having stated the above, overall ths hotel is still reasonable and I would still stay again if some things are rectified" (108258722)

    Nice location

    Hotel does not provide all that you would expect for the price. There is only one hairdryer and one ironing board for the entire ten rooms,you have to get the hairdryer from the main building when you need it,my wife needed it before eight AM, but the main build is locked until after this time, so she had to go to breakfast with wet hair. The hotel is also very regimented ( booking dinner table at breakfast time, and breakfast eight until nine only )

    "We had a very comfortable stay at the Six Bells & found everything to our satisfaction. If you are looking for a peaceful venue, this is certainly the place to visit, as it is literally in the middle of fields. We would certainly book here again.     Pleasant and clean.Lovely garden,pleasant restaurant, efficient service and reasonably priced.

    Ensuite rather small. Would prefer a quilt. No hair dryer in room. The place lacked atmosphere, it is not a country pub,more a restaurant with rooms. This is a shame as it is a lovely old building. There are no real ales, and no life in the bar area, just people waiting for their meals. Didn't meet one local throughout our stay at a weekend.

    Great food. Nice location & building. Friendly staff.

    Let down by minor blemishes. Toilet seat loose. Not very powerful shower. Broken bedside radio/clock.

    The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Very accomadating to dietry needs.

    I felt the shower/tray in our room needs to be updated a little shabby.

    "We have stayed at The Six Bells before and we have always enjoyed it. Since we were last here there has been a change of ownership but all of the good things that we have enjoyed in the past have been retained and the new owner has added more to the hotel.     "The only concern I had is the shower was quit difficult to get the correct temp when using as it looked like the dials were back to front,ie when you turned to knob it went from the larger red bars down to the lower bars straight away and the power switch on the wall to put the shower on was again back to front went putting it on it looked as if you had to shut it off. very well run hotel and very helpful staff" (97387080)

    Location is superb, right in the heart of the countryside but near enough to local towns and amenities - great for relaxing and destressing. Proprietors friendly and helpful.

    Rooms were cold in the evenings and could do with refreshing with a good lick of paint and better quality furnishings. Showers just about OK, could do with updating.

    "The staff were very friendly and helpful even though we were late arrivals (after 10pm). The setting is beautiful and quiet. The courtyard area was secluded so that even though the bedrooms opened directly onto it you didn't feel 'exposed'." (97766004)

    Rooms very comfortable and clean. The whole hotel felt very safe and welcoming

    As it was July there was no heating on, but with the current summer weather it was a bit chilly for my elderly mother and there was no quick way of warming the room. I'm sure if we had stayed longer that something would have been sorted.
