    Its the first time I have stayed in London and also in a hotel and found the whole experience extremely pleasant, the room was great, it was very quiet. The staff very friendly. Would always stay at your hotel again and recommend it to anyone

    Location excellent. Staff very friendly.

    Room decor shabby. Lighting switch broken. Skirting broken. Paint peeling in bathroom. Have to pay for internet access. Internet café woeful. Slow, slow, slow and consequently costly.

    Convenient Location. Good facilities on site.

    High extra charge for wifi. Train noise even through double-glazed windows - but it was not a problem.

    . Bar food exellently cooked and presented.

    An important point was that documentation in the rooms gave the impression that on site facilities were more expensive than was actually the case. One steak was tough.

    good location, staff friendly and efficient.

    Got upgraded! to a club room over looking the railway line... which was noisy. Room had a slight musky smell. Light switches didn't all work, and was like a computer console from a 1970's movie.

    Although Twin non-smoking room booked, was allocated a double smoking room. Took time to get sorted.

    "I would have liked to know that the rooms mighht be cleaned before check-out. We arrived after breakfast in a clean room and our last bit of luggage taken away to storage, without consent. Although you have to leave the room at noon, the room was cleaned and empty at 10.30 am. Big problem as my medication for leucymia was now in storage and not refrigerated and the lady, cleaning rooms, could not understand what we were asking. Housekeeping solved the problem very well."     Overall good appearance, friendly staff and clean. Good location.

    The à la cart restaurant. The service was slow and the food, in comparison with the price, too little and too blend. No mention of a one course meal, which mend we had to pay for a meal not used.

    quiet location. excellent staff. comfortable room and comfortable bed. lovely breakfast.

    the fire alarm waking us at 6am..false alarm. breakfast costs. type of shower..cannot adjust temperature once you ae in there as taps are directly under flow of water...had to get out bath and adjust temp then get back in!!!

    Very little, apart from its location.

    The room didnt look like a four star room, it was tatty, smelt of damp, the carpet was cheap and dirty, there were no biscuits in the room, the hairdryer took a long time to dry hair and there was no fresh air; you couldnt open the windows. The breakfast was average served by average staff. I would not recommend this hotel.

    the location was excellent

    it was fine. I just got annoyed as I ordered a morning wake up call and did not get it which resulted in a bit of inconvenience for me. You dont expect such carelessness from such a hotel.

    Good location to tube. Quiet area off Kensington and High st.
