    Clean hotel, polite and helpful staff.

    Reception team appeared to have difficulty allocating me a room despite prior booking and then gave me a room occupied by somebody else. However, they were very apologetic and overall extremely polite and helpful.

    "I think I will look at other options in future as I thought the prices were high (total £256-90)so the overall value for money was not there - not quite as Premier advertise!!! I would stay again but only if the price is more reasonable." (108647711)

    Location reasonable although a long walk from underground. Check in staff helpful and kept luggage during day before full check in. Good breakfast.

    Reception area looking very tired and in need of brightening up. Refreshment machine broken & money lost in it - staff nothing about this. Bar closed at 11pm - our group had just returned (11.05pm)after a long day from a very late meeting and would have really appreciated a wind down drink.

    The breakfast was very good

    On arrival, late at night, I was alarmed to discover that the staff had no record of my reservation. There seemed to be no reservation at all in my name or against my Reservation No. Although a room was made available for me after about 20 to 30 minutes this is not indicative of a reliable organisation.

    The hotel provided all the comfort and service you expect from a PREMIER INN T he on site restaurant is convenient for a solo guest with a relatively varied menu for a 3 night stay

    The room was clean, a good size and very comfortable. It was ideal for a weekend break as the location was perfect for all attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us as much information as we needed.

    "It is a Travelinn. Apart from the Covers on the bed it was fine for my purposes. It had a big carpark for Central London but I had to pay congestion charge for going 20 yards." (3304750545)

    Close to my meeting with good parking.

    I hate the covers on the beds and pillows in Travelinns, They are most uncomfortable, especially when it is a hot night. Makes the bed feel cheap and nasty.

    The hotel was lovely & the room was ideal. An overall great experience.

    The lifts were out of order when we stayed but that is something that you can't help!

    "Although the location was good, it was further from tube than I thought. Very few people around on street late at night, didn't feel very safe walking back over Tower Bridge. Very good soundproofing, although hotel is on a main road, I overslept!" (2784850)

    "We were really impressed with every aspect of our stay from the moment we arrived. The hotel is clean and the rooms provide everything that you need. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and advised us on local transport etc. On-site bar and restaurant was also very handy and food was reasonably priced with a varied menu.     All the staff at reception were helpful and made us feel really welcome right from the start.
