  "Great hotel to visit for a break away from it all. Make sure you set time aside to use the facilities. The Spa treatments are absolutely superb, and the staff there were very nice, pleasant and professional. The treatments also offer very good value. We'd definitely go back." (97012373)

  Check-in assistant on the Friday morning was excellent; helped overcome the fact that I'd booked a room for 2 adults with a foldaway bed for young child yet had only been assigned a double not big enough to accomodate the child. We were upgraded to a family room at no extra charge which was lucky for us!

  Some of the decor's showing it's age a bit - ceiling in the bar for example, but that's just looking for niggles really... it's a nice place!

  The view from the terrace was amazing

  No view at all from the bedroom window. The bathroom was poorly specified. We were not informed that the clocks were going forward that night.

  "The whole experience was excellent, ranging from the quality of the accomodation through to the professionalism of the staff. So impressed that we have booked our wedding there next September." (1553278)

  The best feature of our accomodation was the superb view of the river from the window.

  "There is nothing we need to know before we went the hotel was easy to find and the location was perfected. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend anyone to visit this hotel." (1340617)
