"Conveniently located, new hotel with friendly staff. Slightly noisy in the morning but not too hot even in summer." (108783837)

Nice new hotel, polite staff. Room doesn't get too hot even in summer. Reasonably close to the center, very convenient distance from the bus/train station.

Slightly too close to the motorway, therefore noisy early in the morning. WiFi not always reliable/very slow. No elevator.

"A small comfortable hotel in a quiet side street close to the railway station. Close enough to the Old Town, but far enough away to provide a quiet haven after rushing around this beautiful city. The staff were superb. The new opera house is just around the corner." (107339512)

No restaurant - but plenty nearby

"We enjoyed our stay very much, We thought a visit to the river was beautiful, & the Main Square was very relaxing, just to sit & have a cool drink & watch the people passing by. We also were able to take in a few trips about the history of Kracow, this should not be missed. " (107743822)

We found the hotel very convenient for the main shopping area & local restaurant & bars. We also were able to find our way about by tram really easy.

We found there was not enough of a variety of music at night time. It was mostly Jazz which does not suit everyone.
