    gezellig hotel in een buurt die goed bereikbaar is voor allerlei uitstapjes.

    het is goed dat wij met drie personen een vierpersoonskamer hadden gereserveerd, want een vierde persoon had er met geen mogelijkheid meer bij gepast. Koffers konden we eigenlijk alleen op bed kwijt.

    The receptionist was friendly, helpful & professional. The manager/owner? was very welcoming to all guests. He provided friendly advice & good information about London. The buffet breakfast was better than expected.

    The hotel was actually fully booked at the time. The manager was very helpful in finding me another hotel nearby for a similar price. I was really impressed by that.

    "I would recommend this hotel to people. I stayed with my daughter and we were out walking in the evening and did not feel uncomfortable in the local area. " (107269866)

    Very friendly and very helpful staff with excellent local knowledge. A place to stay that is close to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and the London Eye etc. Only 3 mins from Pimlico underground station on foot.

    Not a full English breakfast. Need to make arrangements if you wanted to return after 22:00 hrs

    "London is such an expensive place to travel, room rate in London is far too expensive. I would pay only pay UKL35 for my room I stayed, if I knew what it was." (107125685)

    It has a very convenience location, Underground is 3 mins walk and bus stop is 1 min away from the "hotel", the street is clean and safe. The staff did try to help to bring my bags to my room at 4th floor!! The breakfast room is nice.

    London is a very expensive place, with UKL69, I can stay in a nice 4 star hotel in Asia, with bath tub, nice bed, reasonable size room. I find the bed is worst thing that I got, it is far too soft for any one to sleep on it. The carpet on the stair way is dirty. Breakfast is simple and most food offered are canned food or instant packs.

    "It was very easy to book online and the hotel sent good pre-stay emails asking about check-in times and to confirm reservations which was very useful. The room was basic but clean and fine for our overnight stay to attend a conference; I don't think I would want to stay much longer but for the price, it was good value for money. Both our rooms had a smell of drains in the bathroom which was nasty and my window wouldn't close completely." (97268944)

    Only a few minutes from the Tube and within easy access of the Tate Gallery and conference facilities across the river. Room was very clean and breakfast fine (very friendly bloke looking after things).

    Smell of drains in the bathroom. My window wouldn't shut completely so a bit noisy and cold. You have to ask for tea/coffee/kettle which are all in a cupboard downstairs. Not sure why they can't go in the rooms.

    "This is a low cost hotel, well located for the tube and Westminster. It is decent, friendly and clean. The buffet continental breakfast was perfectly adequate and the breakfast manager a refreshing delight. I can imagine american tourists just love him. The absence of a lift is a pain. My room (triple) was a good size and everything worked. Its not modern. There's plenty of over-painted skirtings, magnolia walls and hardboard, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. There's no permanent reception facility which, presumably, helps keep the cost so low. All round good value, as long as you're not expecting the Hilton. There are many worse in this area."     Proximity to central Westminster. Unpretentious friendly staff. Low cost. Good breakfast. Chatty breakfast manager. Hints of the best elements of Faulty Towers!

    No lift to rooms several floors up. Pretty basic decor in rooms. Communal areas a bit threadbare. Half-naked resident scuttled down the stairs as I tried to get in (not so much disliked as amusing). No bar facility.

    "It was located in a good area for visiting the sights of London. Staff very friendly and helpful. It would have helped to know that shampoo etc not provided and that hairdryers etc were on request rather than in the room. Decor was nice and it was warm in the room which was good as we stayed in November. Would recommend this hotel as it is small enough to be friendly and to provide a more personal service. Kevin had a wealth of knowledge relating to where to visit and what was going on during your stay." (97741962)

    The friendly welcome, thanks Kevin! Breakfast although not cooked was good and plentiful.

    No shampoo, shower gel etc. TV quite small and remote didn't work - no sky

    podria mejorar la habitación con un armario ropero y ampliando un poco el cuarto de baño. La recepción debería estar mas accesible al cliente.

    The size of the shower/toilet ensuite was far too small and cramped I am glad I am not a very tall or stout person.

    "The hotel is nearer to Pimlico station than Victoria, it was just unfortunate timing that the victoria line was not working on the weekend due to upgrade work. The is however an excellent 24 hour bus service very close to the hotel. It was basic, but very clean and comfortable, and the shower worked well (which you need with long hair). The staff were very friendly and helpful, and would stay there again" (97462509)

    The accommodation was basic, but clean and comfortable. It met our needs as we were in London to sit an important exam, so was quiet enough for last minute revision the night before.

    Comfortable, close location to underground and city center, clean.

    Nothing really. It is a good accomadion for the money. The street is a little noisy but, I travel with earplugs anyway.

    "This hotel was in a very nice and moderately wuiet location of London called Pimlico, it was a 3 minute walk from the tube station, which allowed easy and quick access to all other parts of London. Only 3 stops away from the main shopping area of Oxford Circus." (99179717)

    "For the price it is a good choice and you will have a very comfortble stay.We had a few problems with hot water but nothing Major. It s location is excellent right bang in the centre of London. What reaaly makes this hotelis the friendless of the staff. If you want a comfortable stay in a nice atmosphere with great location , this hotel will suit you fine." (99363909)

    The Manger/Owner was extremely helpfull and friendly,and a very man who made you feel right at home.

    The hot water was gone early in the morning and breakfast was quite early

    Reasonably close to a good selection of bars and restaurants, very close to Pimlico tube station

    Slightly pricey, but then again, I've stayed in quite a few hotels on Belgrave Road, and this is one of the best
