    Bedclothes and towels changed frequently. Quiet and relaxing. Good breakfast. Close to local shops & train station.

    Some bulbs not working in light fittings.

    Very pleasant staff

    The room was dingy, steep climb to bedroom on the last flight of stairs (with a small suitcase). Threadbare stair carpet at this point. Very noisy plumbing on flushing the toilet in my ensuite - certainly bad enough to wake anyone staying on the same floor as me.

    The room was clean, bed comfortable and bathroom spotless.

    Stayed in the annexe opposite the main building. The stairs are very steep and lighting only just adequate. Carpetting in need of replacement.

    Good location, handy for Hampton Court and parks

    The whole building gave off a feeling of neglect. The rooms were clean , but condition of decor poor. Basically all seems to be in need of repair and a good lick of paint. Plants / trees all need trimming back to allow ease of access to rooms.

Breakfast was good, but unclear that you could have any type of egg or an omelette, etc - if this was communicated it'd make the guest feel better looked after and make life easier for the hotel.     Breakfast was good. Hotel was quiet.

    Lack of information in the hotel. No welcome pack in the room meant we didn't find the coffee tray (in the wardrobe) until we left. Also, would have been helpful to have had dinner menu, details of what's in the local area, hotel info, etc in one place to look at. Bar is very quiet and I think with a review of the lighting, offering in terms of tv, food, etc it could be better utilised.

    Very close to Hampton Court Palace. Good breakfast & friendly staff.

    Decor is a little tired. Rooms facing onto main road can be quite noisy.

    helpful staff

    breakfast on first morning swimming in fat but i spoke to someone and they said i could have another breakfast and apologised. Every breakfast after that was okay. Room a bit dark as we were in the mews in a ground floor room.Beds hard.

    Bathroom was clean

    No handle on drawer, curtain pelmet having off the wall, net curtains were ripped, spaghetti junction of aerial cable to televison - very dangerous, only 1 chair, road very noisy - need better soundproofing

    Excellent location for Hampton Court. The hotel kindly let us leave our car in the car park the following day. From the outside the hotel is in need of a lilck of paint but inside was very contemporary and pleasant.

    Ideal location. Directions on booking confirmation could have been clearer. Directions only given for travelling from one direction.

    Excellent value for money and perfect for visiting Hampton Court. Close to the railway station too. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was perfectly clean.

    Clean Hotel. Handy for where we wanted namely the Hampton Court Flower Show . Parking excellect

    No atmosphere in Hotel in Evening. we went out each night for meals etc Everything in the hotel seems "tired" Decor etc.

    "Not a great overnight experience but convenient for our purpose on this occasion. Had much much better Bed & Breakfast accommodation at a fraction of the price. The level of service and accommodation offered would be worth about £35 per night maximum in a not great B&B!" (108994645)

    Friendly male staff. Food very acceptable at set buffet lunch party we attended.

    Small room, very hot, steep access stairs, no help with luggage, poor state of decoration, smoke alarm covered by shower cap to stop it working, bathroom dirty, almost boiling water from hot taps with no warning, bathroom floor tiles cracked in many places, bathroom door only opened half way as toilet prevented full opening, loose electric socket, packaged breakfast ingredients, limited buffet, cheap plastic packaged butter & jams, tea from vacuum flasks but pot produced when asked. Very expensive even for London at £180 per night!

    Clean, easy to find with helpfull friendly staff.

    Although it was warm outside it was incredibly hot inside. I didnt have a thermometer although i believe it must have been mid thirties indoors with the windows open. Even the cold water was warm.......

    Room..paint chipped, wallpaper peeling, cobwebs on ceiling, toilet seat detatched. No dining faclities available despite only booking previous day. At first told chef didn't turn up, but then saw room was closed for painting. Day receptionist appeared totally off-handed about any issues we had.

    Location to local event - Hampton Court Palace. Staff polite and helpful

    bathroom door did not close. Only one set of towels. Not enough room to get in/out of bed on both sides. TV too low, unable to watch unless sat on edge of bed within 2ft of set.

    Hotel facade is tatty with peeling paint. Did not expect to be put in a mews over a busy road. Room was tiny, very shabby, tired and tatty. Did not look anything like the on-line site.

    Room was much better than expected from appearance of the outside of the hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised.

    No evening meal available, although board outside stated that open for supper. Morning receptionist explained that evening meals are not available at weekends or Bank Holidays, which seems a bit strange as we would think that people staying over the weekend to visit Hampton Court Palace or Kempston racing would appreciate a meal after a day out. Television did not work

    everything was fine, we had a problem with the room, but we changed to another room which was fine.

    breakfast was a shambles, lack of communication between staff resulted in us waiting over an hour for breakfast and when it arrived it look a mess, there was to much food on a small plate

    very poor standard of decor in room, terrible loud music in breakfast room, stewed tea with no indivudual pots, opened marmalade jars that could have been very old...everything felt as if it had been done at the least possible cost.

    Friendly and helpful receptionist, nice room with a view over Hampton Court road.

    Waited I hour 15 minutes for a `full english` breakfast that was not only cold, but contained a raw sausage! Not very appetising, to say the least!

    Ideal position for our requirements. Hampton Court. Easy parking top marks for that.

    Bathroom had mould, bath panel was falling off, generally like 2* french hotel, NOT GOOD as the rest of the room was excellent. Breakfast was okay but very slow and waiter needs to be trained as had no idea.
