    "v.good experience,the food was of very high order from breakfast to dinner,i liked the wholemeal bread which tasted homebaked. The room which was a superior booking was excellent,plasma screen,sky,room well stocked with water,tea & coffee. Shower very good with all kinds of gels,shampoos etc" (108564220)

    They were extremely pleasant and understanding when i booked in very late. polite and friendly and the room, views and hotel were beautiful. will book again.

    hairdryer didn't work but was changed immediately so wouldn't class it as a bad point.

    The hotel was great,food fab,Luke was lovely.Staff were friendly .

    Room was great clean the only thing i have too say about the room is that cleaning staff should check the window seals as they were filthy,every where needs too be cleaned,and in the bathroom too............... Also the noise from the pub that is all.

    Courteous and friendly. Comfortable for my 85-year old mother, who was upgraded to a larger room after the lights failed in the first room. She found the hotel just right for her needs. Restaurant staff friendly, attentive and smart.

    The bedside lights did not work in my room; but as my mother had been moved, I did not want to make a further fuss.

    Food very good although limited menu meant no real price choice. The Cobo is far superior to the 3* hotel I stayed in on Jersey.

    Funny smell in the first floor corridors, but not evident in the room.

    Good location

    humming noise outside our room all night....poss the air conditioning unit outside the window. Cleaning person was very noisy outside our room next morning even though we had put 'do not disturb' on the door.

    The resteraunt was wonderful, the food was superb. The rooms were kept beautifully clean and well stocked with refreshments. The strawberrys on arrival were a lovely touch.

    As amother with two small children there was only just enough room for a cot. My youngest was crawling so was very frustrated as there was only the end of the bed and the bathroom for him to crawl. There was ashower but no bath so bathing the kids was a nightmare. The resteraunt staff were wonderful with my baby and made a real fuss of him, but my daughter who is only three was not. This makes for real problems and undermines all the hard work you put in yourself as parents. She was very good about it but the feelings were there, i know i felt it for her.

    Clean (despite the refurbishment going on). The veranda view from the room was brilliant & made up for the other misgivings!

    The shower had no curtain so the water went all over the floor. The water pipes would knock and clonck at various times.

    "My choice of hotel in the 'Cobo Bay' was just pure luck that worked out to be one of the best holiday choices I have ever made. The location was perfect, with public transport to almost anywhere on the island within easy reach.     The staff were excellent. The food was superb. The convienence and location were great.

    The room was always rather warm, even with the window open. But, since we didn't spend much time in the room it wasn't too much of an inconvienence.

    The hotel was directly on the sea front with wonderful sunset views.

    "The reception staff were very freindly and helpful. The food was out of this world and great value for money. The staff were friendly and the service of a high quality. We did not have to ask for anything as it was pre-empted by the staff. There was a Salsa weekend being held and we were not disturbed at all with the noise and was still given a lot of attention despite there being large tables of people for breakfast and dinner."     Very little, maybe a bit more organisation in the car park which was very rough and at busy times no parking bays marked and more cars could have been accommodated.

    "We had a very enjoyable stay other than being disturbed by noise from the room above. We would definately go back but would ask for a different room. Restaurant staff very polite and respectful.
