    "The Cristina is a pleasant hotel in a beautiful elevated position. The dining room is spacious and the staff friendly, although no one offered to help with suitcases and the room was some distance away with two flights of stairs to negotiate. The room was warm and a reasonable size, but appeared in need of updating. Beds rather hard, but not uncomfortable. Breakfast good but several choices carried an extra charge. No table d'hote menu in the evening.Drinks expensive." (97629239)

    "My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here, all the staff were brilliant, the views were amazing. Very relaxing atmosphere within a short distance of the beach, countryside and main shopping centre." (97110762)

    "Very pleasant stay. Staff friendly and very helpful. Overall a very nice place with a view over the bay. Our room was clean and adequate but a bit small. The turn into the entry way is a bit tricky. We had no problems, but anyone a little unsure of themselves would not be so happy. However, we have no complaints." (97034401)

    The size and cleanliness of the room.

    The evening meal in the restaurant was of good quality but minimal portions. This was the only let down of my stay. I am not a big eater but the size fell well short of expectations.

    "This booking was made with no prior knowledge of the hotelother than its existence and location being regular visitors to the Island. It is fair to say that we were pleasantly surprised by the experience and look forward to a repeat visit later in the year." (99035015)

    Good food, the Panoramic Views and friendly staff.

    The vehicular entrance/exit which is rather tight.

    Beautifully located, stunning views. Everything about the hotel was first class, the staff very friendly and accommodating, the food was excellent. Overall a very enjoyable stay. I would certainly recommend this hotel to other Jersey travellers.

    "We were particularly impressed with the menu selection and the food was always presented beautifully. All the staff were very attentive and helpful." (3305336185)

    Plenty of storage space in the bedroom, it was clean and nicely decorated and had a magnificent view over the bay.

    "Welcome at reception very friendly, bags carried to room. Lovely room with view over bay. diningroom friendly but quietly efficient and nothing was too much trouble for the attentive staff, if you want plain food you omly have to ask. Bar staff were friendly and chatty and prices were reasonable. One slight complaint checkout was for 10 am and this meant breakfast was rushed." (3304873511)

    Views over Jersey were fantastic, nicely decorated and comfortable room

    toiletries not replenished. Ran out of shampoo.

    "A lovely hotel in a great position , staff were very freindly and we had a great short break.The pool was a bit smaller than the photo would lead you to believe." (3304131795)

    Lovely position over the bay with excellent views.

    The hallways were a little bit tired and dated and needed to be re,furbished to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

    "The Hotel was really pretty, spotlessly clean and the Staff really friendly and helpful at all times. The Restaurant ran very efficiently and the waiters had to cover a large area, and did so with speed and all worked well with each other. I would conclude that all Staff in all areas were very well trained and knew what was expected of them. I would very happily return to this Hotel. The position and views were outstanding." (1948681)

    It was clean, and adequate to our needs. Loved the views from the windows.

    Only really the possibility of a lift.Maybe air conditioning as we struck a VERY hot week.......Maybe a few plainer items on the Menu to assist a choice for some people.

    "ein wunderbarer Urlaub,sehr gepflegtes Hotel, wunderbare Terrasse, herrlicher Park, gute Lage, auch für Reisende ohne Auto. z.T.sehr hilfsbereite Angestellte, die Fenster in unserem Zimmer waren so konzipiert, dass man sie in nur im oberen Drittel fixiert öffnen konnte... am Anfang hatte ich das Gefühl, zu wenig Frischluft zu bekommen! Ich bin froh, dass ich dieses Hotel gewählt habe von denen, die ich mir im internet angeschaut habe und dann selbst in Jersey gesehen habe. Es hat genau unseren Erwartungen entsprochen." (2002817)

    "The hotel is very good for food and accomodation.The restaurant is stylish with lovely views over the bay. The staff are polite and helpful. There is probably a need for car hire as it is between St. Helier and St.Aubin." (1929373)
