  Excellent food, friendly staff, Nice convient location to town using river walk, Leisure centre was good and staff were friendly

  Entertainment was poor for adults, Patio doors onto balcony were broke.

  very nice hotel, staff very friendly and helpful,good food

  A little pricy, could offer cheaper rates @ weekend as this is the only time people who are still employed can get away. My friend and I used the spa for body wraps. I spoke with the therapist when booking and was disappointed with the treatments we received. They weren't what she described and she seemed more interested in trying to get us to avail of other treatments - she did actually pursuade my friend but I had a limited budget. It was my friends first experience of such therapies and afterwards she said it was her first time and her last. If the therapist had put more effort into her job instead of trying to sell more I might return but I'm afraid I would not recommend the spa to anyone using this hotel

  "Good run of the mill 4 star hotel, with 5 star pricing. No directions were included in the booking arrangements and those on the web site were misleading, showing the hotel in a totally different place. The hotel caters for the coach parties." (99882696)

  "We found Mayo a wonderful town and our stay in Hotel Westport could not have been better. The warm welcome and friendly nature of all the staff made us feel really at home." (99104020)

  "The hotel staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to ensure the guest had everything they needed. Westport itself is a lovely place and the location of the hotel is excellent. I wouldn't class this hotel as a 4 star hotel however and it could do with some modernisation." (99868571)

  The hotel restaurant and bar were excellent

  The room was certainly not 4 star accomodation, the bathroom was very small and old
