    Hotel is in location that suits my requirements while working on the Island

    Shower in room 5 needs to be updated water pressure only gives mild shower, should have pump fitted to give proper shower.

    No en-suite lavatory in my room. Shower flow-rate and temperature poor. No dedicated car parking. Proprietors did not introduce themselves by name.

    Quiet, clean, shower functioning adequately, good bed, staff helpful. Proximity to center of town and restaurants.

    Breakfast following strict EU laws but missing, as a result, good fresh food. Staff was unaware of closed restaurants on Sunday night. Taxis not suitable in hilly towns with one-way streets! Walk or take bus!

    Friendly and helpful, convenient for town centre

    I think the idea of charging extra for cooked breakfast is a bit of a cheap trick to give an apparent better value price. The TV picture quality was very poor.

    "My overall opinion of the All Seasons Hotel is that I find it very hard to believe that it has a three star rating. It was dated, dull, no facilities such as jet stream poool, solarioum, gymnasium, full satellite capabilities in hotel bar avilable to guests. Breakfast is only served within a 45 minute period 8am to 8:45am last sitting which is not very accommodating to guests. If you would like to live in stepford then this is the place for you but if you want a friendly, modern hotel with 21st facilities DON'T go to All Seasons. In my opinion and other guests staying there at the same time this is definitely not three star hotel, at best a poor two star. M Byrne" (97667814)

    The only redeeming factor was the location of the hotel even though it was on a slight hill was close to promenade

    The room was small and very dated, in urgent need of makeover. The ensuite bathroom was just a box partition within the room made of plywood,paper thin, with a slatted louvered door, with no lock on it which gave little to the imagination when the other person sharing was using the toilet facilities. The shower was cold 80% of time. There was no sheet change during four night stay. The hotel advertised gymnasium, jet stream pool full satellite capabilities all of which were not available to guests.

    "All Seasons gives easy access to the Promenade(although on a bit of a hill). The proprietors are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is warm and comfortable. There was plenty of literature and suggestions of places to go and sights to see. Choice of continental breakfast or cooked breakfast was great Avery enjoyable stay." (97454487)

    there was only one good thing about the hotel, their friendlinessness, other than that every thing so crap, ruined our holidays. Will never ever book online or stay in that kind of hotel. It is not a hotel its guest accomodation without any facilities. They have falsely advertised it as hotel, they living in the same building and runing as guest accommodation. Thanks very much for sending me this questionaire, I wanted to complain but didnt know who to complain about it.

    that so called hotel ruined our holidays. It had no facilities, toilet was blocked, when we asked them to sort it out they said we had to pay for it, that was ridiculous. No chef, their mother cooked food that was horrible. I will never ever book online because they falsely advertised. It was terrible experience of my life to stay in season hotel. Please do not call it hotel its guest accommodation, people are living there in the premises and they accomodate guests with them, horrible really horrible

    Centrally located and only five minutes from the harbour with adequate on street overnight parking.

    Water pressure in showers was adequate but not brilliant.

    "I can't fault the hotel. The people there were very friendly and helpful, even arranging a travel pass for the time I was there and a taxi back to the sea terminal on my last day. The hotel is well located, albeit up a hill from the main promenade. Buses to Ramsey stop on the street, and buses to Peel and elsewhere require a walk down to the bus station. If you are arriving as a foot passenger I'd recommend a taxi form the sea terminal. I didn't, and regretted it." (99598910)

    The Hotel was just exactly what I needed. My room was a single, with sink and shower cubicle, and a good size.

    The toilet was just down the hall. Not much choice for a vegetarian evening meal.

    Clean, value for money, non-smoking environment, incredibly nice staff, proximity to central Douglas, quiet room, hi-speed wireless and LAN internet access.

    Room was a bit small but this is a refurbished Victorian boarding house so what do you really expect. Not being able to check-in until 3pm was a nuisance.

    Friendly welcome, good room, nice breakfast, free broadband internet.

    Parking is on the road and can be hard to find in the evenings.
