    "A last minute booking for an overnight stay. We found the hotel easily and quickly booked in. Staff were pleasant but not particularly chatty. Our 7th floor room was a bit of a challenge as there was no lift! The room was very clean and felt newly decorated, same with the bathroom - excellent shower! The room however was very small - not a problem if you're only using it as somewhere to sleep. TV had v poor reception. several different lights available but some didn't work. Due to the weather, the room was extremely hot, esp at night - A/C or a fan would have made the sleep much more restful. Due to a change in our plans, we didn't have the breakfast but the room it was served in seemed very nice. Lovely location - lots of cafe's and restaurants nearby but not at all noisy at night."     Easy to find. Beautifully decorated and very clean bedroom and bathroom. Great view from our bedroom.

    7th Floor room - no lift. Room was very small. Very hot in the room at night Several lights in the room didn't work

    "The people at St. George were so nice and helpful." (108600313)

    The neighborhood was wonderful. Everything was within reach and the area was much calmer than the area around the train station. The staff was very helpful and kind.

    The room was very small. London is very expensive in general but the room was a good value. I booked two nights through travellers toolkit and I wanted to book a third night but for the life of me I could not get back to the right place on the website to do that. I ended up booking through the hotel's site and paid more. The Travellers Toolkit should have a way to review your booking and make changes.

    Very helpfull, also must thank you for arranging a Taxi to take us to Wembley Stadium they were very helpfull and reasonably priced.

    The hotel was clean and the room clean and comfortable, with good ensuite facilities - also tea/coffee making facilities. Staff helpful.

    Room rather small, although not a problem as we were out most of the time. Breakfast finished rather early we thought (9pm) for a tourist hotel. Also the breakfast room was small, we and others had to wait for others to finish before we could get a table.

    Buena area si bien la boca de metro (Pimlico o Victoria),se encuentran a 15 minutos a pie.

    El hotel no dispone de espacios comunes,ni salones,ni ascensor,ni comedor,con lo cual el desayuno te lo servían en un bar de 20 m2 y fuera del hotel.

    Clean and tidy, and close to where I needed to be in London

    I sought and booked a double room for my stay, as I am of a stockie build and needed a good nights sleep following travel from Australia. Even though I received a CONFIRMED BOOKING of the DOUBLE Room, which was reconfired a day before travel, on checking in I was placed in a SINGLE Room, and told by the inconiderate staff that there were no double rooms available. Neither I nor my family (my father actually made the internet booking) will book with you again, and we will refer our business elsewhere. Not that your businees is expected to care...there are plenty more suckers where we came from.

    We had a five hour delay from our holiday in Egypt and so arrived at the hotel at 5a.m. We got into our room straight away and had a few hours sleep in a clean and comfortable bed with good shower facilities. No complaints. Also we were able to leave our luggage there for a few hours while we did a bit of sightseeingbefore getting our onward flight home to Spain.

    We stayed in this hotel at the start of our holiday and at the end and on the first day we had to be up early to catch our flight from Gatwick and so missed the breakfast which is outside the hotel in a cafe and only from 7.30 to 9a.m.and then when we returned missed it because of our not waking in time, there is a breakfast room under the hotel which is not used and it would be better even if they just did a continental breakfast from here for people to use more flexably.

    The light in the bathroom was blinking/flickering. We asked the staff to fix it but had to wait two days before it was repaired, very inconvenient not to be able to see in the bathroom. Also the top floor, very small room, seven flights of stairs, no lift! There was a notice-board in the reception breakfast 7-9 which we had not observed, so when we asked for tickets they told us it was too late and we had to pay 10 pounds for breakfast. They should have told us at check-in about breakfast times. Besides English breakfast for example was just bacon, eggs and sausages and tea, not even toast and marmelade. I have never before had an English breakfast of this kind.

    "Staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage there, the room was clean and warm but very small and claustrophobic. No lift and a lot of stairs to climb. Breakfast was in the cafe down the road and that too was very small. Location made up for it though." (107138427)

    Room was clean, recently refurbished and warm. Tea/coffee facilities.

    Top floor rooms have a lots of stairs to climb and are very small! Breakfast basic and in small cafe down road.

    Hotel room was clean and looked well maintained. Bathroom and showers were clean and clean towels provided. TV in room.

    No restaurant on site for breakfast. Those with a disability would find it difficult getting up the stairs as no lift. The triple bedroom was actually a double room with an additional double bed in the room.

    Room pleasant although very small for two people. Good value and standard of decor good particularly good to have quality shower in a budget hotel.

    Bathroom mirror and basin had not been properly cleaned, room very warm and may not have been tolerable if weather had been hot.

    The room was spotless with no signs of damage or wear and with everything you needed in situ. (Tea Coffee – Hairdryer etc). The staff where friendly and cooperative and in my case having the room behind the reception, considerate, making little or no noise during the night. I did have reservations on being directed to a cafe for breakfast but this again was good quality and friendly. Overall good value for money and I would use it again.

    "La posizione dell'hotel è comodissima. I lavori in corso rendevano l'ingresso piuttosto indecente a causa di polvere e sporcizia varia. Le camere sono state recentemente ristrutturate ed anche i bagni. Lo spazio è però ristrettissimo.     The cleanest hotel in this class that I saw in GB. Very friendly staff with good humour. Due to the renovation of the hotel we were given our breakfast in a cafe round the corner that was very nice.

    There are many escalators that you have to climb when you have a room in the fifth. But when you are young it s a good exercise. And you have a great view from the upper rooms.

    no shampoo. no tiny cracker in addition to tea set. had to start in one room and were moved to another room for second night breakfast not in hotel but in coffee shop out doors. - very simple and small.

    Great location, decent service. We initially booked a room for two but our daughter joined us at the last minute. The staff were accommodating and provided us with a triple room which turned out to be fairly big for London standards and was relatively clean.

    The toilet seat was not working properly and the bathroom was a little small.

    "We sayed off-season in January. The rooms are small as was expected for this type of hotel in its price range. For the price it was fine. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the cafe around the corner is good and the staff and customers there(mostly locals)are friendly. The remodel is complete on the top couple floors. The room and bathroom were spotless. You get all the exercise you want going up and down the stairs. The hotel stored several of our bags for a couple days while we went to Paris.     Location is great relative to Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace, Appollo Theater, etc. There is nice grocery store around the corner.

    Our room is very quiet at night. The room and bathroom are newly decorated and very very clean. English breakfast offered at a cafe, not many choices but enough and tasty. Location is perfect, staff are friendly.

    Room is very small. The lower floors are under renovation.
