    "Checkin and breakfast were great, the room was not." (108137083)

    Late check in - was met by duty manager at 9.50pm.

    The corridor to the rooms were filthy and needed painting. The room was musty and far too warm. Stank of stale smoke. Stained carpet and dated TV.

    Excellent value for money Parking facility

    Both my wife and me are quite tall and my wife has a back problem. For these reasons anf for these reasons only, the bed was slightly too short and too narrow for us.

    Superb Breakfast, excellent service from the waiters in the restaurant. Good Professional service at Reception, friendly too. Good clean room.

    Musty, waterdamaged smell pervading the lower floors and carpets. Hence the downgrade on cleanliness rating I gave.

    The staff was excellent, professional and very helpful.

    Fan missing from the bathroom a gapping hole in it's place. Hairdrier did not work properly. The hotel in general could use a touch up.

    Good room on the ground floor. Staff in the bar / restaurant were very pleasant.

    Easy to book online. Needed early access to room - no problem Staff friendly Comfy bed and nice bedlinen Telly working and with sky

    Club at hotel VERY NOISY - kept awak until afetr 1.30am Room too hot - even noiser with windows open Hotel corridors in poor state of decor, dirty, worn and slightly smelly Carpet had holes in it! No soap in ensuite Room in poor state of decor No loo available in breakfast room

    Great location and secure parking.

    Rude and indifferent staff member (receptionist) on the saturday. Noise from adjacent disco and no early breakfast available.

    I think our room was upgraded from our booking of a twin room. We were given a double room with an extra sitting room.Hotel satff very friendly and helpful.

    The only thing I could fault was the quality of the food served in the evening restaurant. It was very poor and simply left you with no appetite after the first night. Service was good though.

    Excellent location to tube station to travel into Wembly. Very friendly staff. Excellent pub/nightclub. Gorgeous breakfast. Not overpriced. We will definately recommend you. Thank-you and see you again.

    "I would recommend this as a place to stay if going to concert or event at Wembly. We went for concert and at end of night was great to be heading out of London as thousands were cramming on trains for central London. We had a good stay and would use this hotel again." (107469019)

    Staff obviously work very hard. Check in and out really easy. Everyone knew what they were doing. Staff welcoming and helpful. Food was very good. Had proper scrambled egg at breakfast!!! Able to have bath. T.V. good. Great access for tube. In nice area.

    Hotel in need of updating but was clean and for £40 it's not really worth mentioning. We had bargain.

    easy to find, thought we might have had some noise from the disco but had no problem at all, was impressed by brakfast, everything you could want, parking ok, easy reach for london and wembley, would use this hotel again.

    shower could do with an upgrade and re-painting outside bar and grill.

    "We did not stay to sample the rest of the "hotel". admitedly I wrote to the manager,who was busy with another customer when we left, and we have been credited a full refund. We did not however get our weekend away with relatives as we returned home ." (107577914)

    The ladies who changed the double bed to twins were very cheeful.

    we were not booked in for our first night as we should have been. The receptionist did not seem to be bothered overly much and when I asked what we were supposed to do she said she supposed she would try and fit us in. the room that was found was upstairs. then changed to a double on the ground floor. that was eventually changed to a twin. If the booking form had be read Properly then they could have put us in the room we ended up in at first. I am a very disappointed disabled.

    Hotel is very handy - across from station and the accommodation is very pleasant. Staff were helpful. Pricing for a double room is very reasonable.

    Lack of payment methods on the website - no option to pay by 'Solo' card Found the temperature control on the shower difficult to use, too hot or too cold (no 'power shower')

    Good location not far from M25. Staff where helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fresh. Good choice even though I only had fruit and toast there was a good selection of sausages, bacon, eggs, ect.

    Rooms look tired and could do with a complete makeover. Shower ran cold just as I got covered in soap . took ages to come back to warm. Not a good experiance. Not enough tea or coffee in the room

    Excellent value for money, comfortable bed and clean room with good facilities (wifi, tea and coffee etc). Helpful and friendly Reception staff, easy booking and check in/out.

    Bathroom facilities not great (not to the same standard as the room) but suitable for a one night stay. Met our needs perfectly for a cheap one night stay. Breakfast staff were slow to respond to the number of diners - coffee was served as we had finished eating, and replenishment of hot food was slow. However the quality of the food was good, and the buffet style breakfast relaxed.

    Excellent breakfast with lots of choice for vegetarians and those wanting a healthy option. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

    REal value for money if you're not one of these picky types of people.

    Only bad point was that we werestaying on the 1st floor and got very dizzy walkink up the stair, but i wouldn't say it was all that bad.

    nice tea and coffee in room and the shower was east to opperate some you need a degree

    1 bar of soap and plastic bags is not enough tioletries liquid soap on the wall look old and cheap

    Hotel, service, value for money,and staff excellent.

    Only one bad point, The other Guests were very loud, and appeared to be up all night. (No sleep until after 5am.) but for the money, I suppose that's how it goes sometimes !!!!

    Hotel was very basic. Needed new carpets and furnishings. bed was a bit soft.
