  "Overall a nice hotel!" (108742537)

  Good location, nice staff in the reception. The staff in the resturant was not so service-minded especially not on the breakfast.. We waited for coffe around 20 minutes every morning! The waitress diden´t even look our way.

  Dissatisfied that the spa-entrence wasen´t free for hotel guest.

  Hotel had excellent location and very friendly staff. Room cleaning was of a very high standard

  buffet breakfast could be better but as it was included in the price it was adequate

  "very comfortable, well appointed hotel with well trained staff. (i would not pay the rack rate if travelling as a couple, my booking was made upon the basis of the headline single rate on the active hotels website)" (107163273)

  quality service with an eye for detail. well sound insulated room, comfortable bed with high quality sheets/towels and new, refurbished bathroom. i wondered whether my bed would be turned down when i returned to my room....and it was.

  upon checkout, i was presented with a bill for ?240 rather than ?85 as per my active hotels booking quote. fortunately i had my printed off booking confirmation still in my possession and had to produce it. the staff also pointed out that i had had the use of a double room!( would i really query the type of room i was allocated upon checkin?) after very brief consideration, the price booked was honoured without question and with apologies for their error.
