No air conditioning - told us they would have it running in 5 minutes - took half the night to cool off.

"Very happy with the experience and staying near the airport the night before an international flight back to the US made everything much easier." (107153485)
Close to Malpensa. Fixed price shuttle service was cheap, showed up to get us at the airport and staff was helpful and friendly. Directed us to a very good nearby restaurant for a 9pm meal.
Bed was overly firm.
