"Fabulous - One of the best every." (108301497)

The Albergo San Martino is a beautiful little gem tucked away on a quiet little alley. The property is charming, well maintained and impeccably clean; the staff is very welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the Tre Scalini room, which is easily the nicest room we have encountered in Italy over the last ten years of annual visits. The bathroom alone is worth the price of admission. We would return to Lucca if only to revisit the San Martino once again.

"Wonderful hotel, and definitely goin to stay there in the future when back in Lucca." (108501255)

The staff were very friendly, including taking the car to its parking. The bathroom was the most beautiful one we had ever seen in a hotel.

The central heating system did not function properly, leaving the rooms cold at night.

Hôtel near the Dome. Quiet, recently renovated. Great bathroom. Friendly staff.

Everything was grate. The bathroom was excellent, luxury. The room was very comfortable. The design and decoration was lovely. The breakfast was very good. And, firstly, the staff was very kind and the situation of the hotel is the best.

"Für einen Besuch von Lucca und der näheren Umgebung (z.B.Pisa) ist das Hotel optimal. Alles stimmte, von der Einrichtung über das Frühstück bis zum Service und dem Cocktail im Vorgarten.Besonders hervorzuheben ist die persönliche Athmosphäre, die das Personal schafft." (107176041)

Cortesia e simpatia da parte del personale, ampia disponibilità e professionalità nel formulare suggerimenti per rendere il soggiorno il più gradevole possibile. Ambiente intimo e curato in ogni particolare con molto buon gusto. Abbondante prima colazione preparata con prodotti casalinghi.
