  "My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very comfortable and clean, and the facilities are very good. It is a pity some of the staff and the quality of food was not as good as one would expect." (107487369)

  The reception staff, housekeeping staff, and porterage staff were excellent. However, the quality of many of the restaurant staff and bar staff was not good, and in one or two cases the staff were impolite and unhelpful.

  The breakfast was poor. The coffee was horrible, and the water for the tea was never hot enough. The fruit juices were poor with not enough selection. The snack lunch menu was good, but for the set dinner menu, the food was not of a high enough standard for a 4 star hotel. The A la carte menu was too expensive, and I can't comment on the quality because I didn't have that particular menu.
