Very friendly personnell and atmosphere, excellent location for a calm stay and a restful night away from normal city/town noises in a natural habitat.
The location as presented on the official address is very hard to pin-point with a GPS, especially at night. The Hotel is in the middle of a small forest-like ambient. Geographical co-ordinates would help a lot to locate it better, or at least some other reference relating to the "Contrada San Leonardo" address to enable pin-pointing the location along this "Contrada"!

Location was excellent.
"Packed" breakfast was promised on the last morning because of the early departure, it was not realizited. Warm water for the bath was enough for only one person, the second person could use only cold water. The acceptance of credit card was offer but only cash was accepted. There was no any glass/cup in the room for drinking. Buffet breakfast was promised, but it was continental.
