    Ease of travel into city centre

    Room overlooking a busy hospital, with sirens sounding at any time of day or night. Also overlooking main road with continuous (24 hour)traffic.

    Hotel very near venue I was attending. Room very clean and tidy.

    Room was small, would be nice to have the Wi-Fi key in the room, lift a bit small, shower head design flawed.

    Felt welcome and at ease on arrival. Room small but fresh and clean. Kettle not working and when reported it was replaced within 1/2 hour. Staff friendly and helpful. Access to underground and station nearby.

    Buena ubicación, cerca de las paradas de bus y metro. Habitacion completa y todo limpio y correcto.

    Ruido exterior apreciable ya que hay una via muy transitada Euston Rd. Desayuno continental algo monotono.

    "it was tolerable but just for one night.the main problem was that it was not clean!!!" (107332028)

    it was next to the underground station and very close to where i had to go for business.easy access to central posts of London.

    the personnel whas not adequately experienced and not as polite as it should have been.the room was not cleaned properly and it had not even fresh and clean sheets.someone could here from his room everything that happened outside and the room did not provide the sense of security.i would not be able to stay one further night if i had to.

    cleanliness in hotel all round, good service, handy for Euston station and main underground lines.

    Shower cabinet much too small and difficult to use, shower head was high and lack of space meant it was not possible to shower/rinse properly

    Room was adequate size, breakfast was ok

    Very noisy at night ie creaky floorboards, rattling pipes etc. Most of the towels in the bathroom were stained.

    "The staff were couteous the Euston was spotless throughout the whole establishment.The bathroom was absolutely spotless which is always gives you a good impression. " (107346971)

    From the time i walked in the front door of the Euston hotel i greated promptly and with a smile. All staff that i had contact with from the reservation desk to the restaurant were all very helpful and courteous at all times

    Staff extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Went out of their way to give us a really good early breakfast.

    The room our children (27 and 28 years old) shared was very cramped.

    "disappointed - have stayed in premier inns and travelodges(have stayed in premier inn on two occasions in london) for less than what we paid at your hotel and the rooms are better and in general better value for money. expected a lot more for our money. the size of the room was the main issue.     hotel was clean. the staff apologized for the problems experienced.

    the room was miniscule far too small for a double room the bed filled the room- no room to put things-had problems maneouvring around room kept bumping into things; had problems with room key; towels too small for ladies just need to put bigger towels in room`;we found hotel noisy; tried to charge us more on departure due to your error when booking us in, manager sorted this out.

    Internet on TV v poor & when cut-off staff not v helpful, initially told it might come back & queried whether it was correctly connected but later admitted it was a server problem & could be out for days. This wasted alot of my time

    asked for a quiet room - got one! Looked after my luggage as I arrived too early to check in .

    Lift rather slow and there was nothing to indicate outside as to which floor it was at.

    Great location. Excellent staff - knowledgeable & very helpful. Clean and modern hotel.

    Only point to make is that the rooms were a little on the small side - small but well appointed.

    Clean, good breakfast

    The air-con was really noisy - kept banging every 5 min or so so found it really hard to get to sleep.
