  Personeel was aardig De kamer was schoon .De ligging van het hotel perfect.

  Geen lift en als persoon van 58jr. met een zware koffer was het bijna onmogelijk de zes steile trappen omhoog te komen. Gevraagd waarom ze niet met de leeftijd rekening houden. Geen plaats voor het ontbijt. en zeer eenvoudig ontbijtje, dus ondanks dat wij ervoor betaald hadden buiten de deur ontbeten. Wij hadden een drie persoon kamer geboekt , een kamen ensuite wel te verstaan, maar ik lag met mijn benen buiten op zes hoog , anders was de kamer te klein voor 3 personen.

  Convenient for Central London. Good bus and tube links.

  Very poor maintainance in rooms, ie: plugs in basin missing, door handles loose, broken sanitary wear. Despite having room changed still faults in second room. Breakfast choice very limited and breakfast room like a waiting room.

  hotel is situated in a good central location. Hotel relatively "clean". Friendly staff

  Room very small. At breakfast, bread was provided already toasted. If you happen to get down 5mins after the bread was toasted, it would be uneatable. Lift doesn't work - quite a mess to go up/down with heavy luggage

  "We were mostly in the room just to sleep so it was definitely good value but this is not a luxury hotel but we didn't expect it to be. We got exactly what we expected. The breakfast wasn't exciting but it got us through each morning and we were grateful to have it. This is a budget hotel for the budget conscious but worth it in my opinion." (108144312)

  Great location! Good value considering the prices in London. Helpful and Courteous Staff! Everything worked as expected and as required.

  TINY breakfast room - sometimes couldn't get a seat and knocking elbows with other patrons. TINY room but adequate and everything worked.

  "LONDRES FENOMENAL, EL HOTEL CENTRICO, PERO NADA MÁS, DEMASIADO INCOMODO Y BASICO." (108446780)

  Esta bien ubicado

  LA HABITACION ERA MUY PEQUEÑA, LA MOQUETA ESTABA SUCIA. UNA CUARTA PLANTA SIN ASCENSOR Y ESCALERAS MUY ESTRECHAS. EL DESAYUNO DETRÁS DE LA RECEPCIÓN EN UN ESPACIO DE 2 POR 2, MINIMO.

  "Location was convenient for our purposes and staff was very friendly. A few negative points perhaps the result of being unfamiliar with travel in UK." (108221569)

  Good location, friendly staff.

  Up three flights of stairs with small kids and luggage, and I don't recall reading on the website that there was no lift. Breakfast was a bit thin. We asked hotel to recommend a car for hire to get to Gatwick Airport South Terminal, which the hotel staff booked for us; we were quoted one price but on the day of the driver told us that it was an extra 5 pounds because we were going to Gatwick South. I'm not sure if that was legitimate or if the hotel needs to be more careful about recommending a car service. Also, I was unprepared to pay in advance (typically in Canada you pay at check-out, leaving a credit card on file), so I arrived without enough cash to pay the bill and had to put it on my credit card, resulting in the extra charge to use a credit card.
