  "A very nice place, the experience slightly marred because there was not the beers/tonic waters etc available." (107697315)

  Lovely location and superb refurbishment. People very friendly

  Had run out of a large amount of different types of alcohol in the bar Only given half a toilet roll - which did not last long. No small samples to use The shower curtain was too long to put in the bath but when on the floor the water run all over the floor The food menu was very mixed and I suspect that the owners had not yet agreed what type of hotel/pub it was going to be

  "Nice and comfortable, and would stay again." (108127597)

  Characterful hotel, spacious, clean, comfortable, and well situated. Beds were massive and made for deep sleeping. Good but expensive Breakfast. Some staff friendly and approachable.

  Noisy faucets!(room 14, try flush the WC and hear it refill - for 20 mins) Continually asked if we want another drink by waiting staff, which is good, but it made you feel like your money was needed desperately. Evening meal lacked imagination in vegetarian dish, and was pricey for what was just a bowl of pasta with a tinned sauce. Some staff, (40%), were unnaproachable. Staff came to table during breakfast needing signatures for payment. This was uncalled for and gave me the impression i was not a trusted client.

  Clean room...friendly staff.

  Expensive meals, was hoping to do some walking but no-where to walk in the vicinity of the hotel...

  "Our room was in the old Coach House across the road from the main hotel. Room clean but not enough main socket points (lamp unable to be plugged in). The restaurant were a bit overwhelmed with the number of customers but ythe food was yum and worth the wait. Breakfast next day was also delicious. The bar staff stayed up while a few of us partied in the bar. Generally, a really great stay and we would go back. " (107923637)

  All the staff at the Frogmill Hotel were very friendly, and willing to help.
