"Room was excellently furnished; clean and staff friendly and helpful" (108416671)

Hotel was in excellent location for shopping and Cabot Circus car park is clean; tidy and very secure and right next door to hotel

TV was too complicated to operate; but didn't really spend too much time on it and did not really stay for that anyway.

"I want more of these future inns to be built around the country..so i can enjoy more of them and have a great sleep!!This hotel was top class, a nice feel to the hotel, wonderful location for the centre of Bristol..free parking in the multi storey opposite linked to the hotel by a glass bridge is brilliant, so close i took my purchases back to the room then back out to the lovely Cabot shopping leisure complex ." New hotel but the finish was top class..excellant finishes in hotel.Fittings and fixtures feeling like 5 star.bed, pillows etc were top class

"Very good stay" (108272742)

Staff very helpful. Dinner was excellent, everyone was very happy with their choice of meals. Breakfast buffet is a very good idea.

The cost was higher than I expected.

Good location

Information on the website about car parking arrangements is poor. Carpark was excellent,well lit and convenient but at busy traffic periods it would be better to park then come to hotel (assuming not too much luggage) Room lighting not very good for reading.

"Central place. Parking next door in car park OK. Ticket validated each time. Had breakfast over the road in the shopping centre which was quitre acceptable" (108723281)

Nice room, out of room internet, did work well though.

Breakfast expensive Depends whehter you think the whole price was expensive for room only

"very good" (108193342)

we found the hotel very clean,our room was very good and its facilities.recption and breakfast staff very pleasant.the hotel is in a good central position opposite the shopping malls and close to the bus station.

just explain the parking arrangements and bristols one way system a bit better other than that we wouldnt hesitate staying again.
